Tried to order and website doesnt follow the advertised special. The reps at the company dont know whats going on. In my opinion the company is a big RIPOFF
The steaks where a one bite and your done. The rest was sausage, potatos, chicken fried steak, which was so spicy watch out. And a piece of chicken breast with half a wing on it. Never again will I order from them.
Was given a package as a holiday gift was not impressed felt that the sizes were very small and nothing special about their products would not recommend buying their product or giving it as a gift
We have ordered twice. First order was a package deal with lasagna, meatballs, meat. 2nd order was strip steaks. For the amount of money we spent, we could have gotten better quality for the lasagna and meatballs at Costco, and 5x the quantity and quality of steaks at our local butcher. We buy a 10-12 lb of ribeye meat, and have it cut in 1 inch steaks, (can get between 15-18 steaks) for about $120. The 4 (yes, FOUR) strip steaks we ordered, were at best a 1/2" thick x 6" long for $100. As the old saying goes... fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me. You can buy better quality and quantity at your local Costco, local butcher, and even Aldi for just about anything sold by Omaha Steaks. Very disappointed by the quality and price of their products.
While I did enjoy their products when I orded from them but since I have been inundated with unwanted emails and texts. I tried to unsubscribe on their website but could not find anywhere I could do this so I called. After waiting on hold for about 20 minutes I finally was connected to a customer service person. I tried to explain the purpose of my call but was talked over when I tried to explain I didn't want to buy anything. I finally got them to listen but they couldn't help and had to be transfered to another person. After connecting with the second agent and going through the purpose of my call I was assured I would no longer be receiving texts. That lasted about 2days. I would give it a couple of weeks to go through their system but I still receive numerous texts a week. Because of this lack of customer service I would never order anything from Omaha again.
Painful! I place 5 orders of EXACTLY the same thing. The orders would go to 5 different people. It took one hour to accomplish this task. Order takers know zero English! I'm done with Omaha Steaks.
They messed up my online orders for my clients - I sat on hold for 60+ minutes trying to reach a customer service person and when I finally spoke to that person there was no "I'm sorry; "no sense of urgency to fix it" - just "I will send an email to a Manager." Then, never heard back so I had to call the next day and spent 45+ minutes on hold and received basically the same response...

I am writing today to once again complain of the poor service. I have called and asked about my order that I placed on March 19,2020 but, yet I see that it has not even gone to the processing after 10 day, but I was to receive this order in 7 day. Your company on June 26,2020 did a deduction of my bank account but has even started or even can tell me when I will get my order. Like I said before I order from other companies that same day and have already received those food items, with out any problems. But I should have known better and checked the review before doing any business with Omaha, I have looked into the reviews to find out it is not just during this time that you have a history of never being on time and withdrawing the founds way beforehand, and 81 Better Business complaints in one year wow. As someone was tell me the other day this is going to make some companies and break some of them. I have to ask myself how can a awful Company, like Omaha still be around. The one thing I know I will never ever order from this company again.

We got these steaks sometime ago, I'm ready to get more, these are The best. Better than the normal ones, I don't know how but they are special. Every piece of meat is the tenderest, tastiest most delicious you can find. Gauranteed you'll be hooked, and spoiled.
I ordered Thanksgiving dinner for four and when it arrived I was extremely dismayed by the portion sizes I got. This is clearly NOT meany to feed adults. I got a 2.5 oz ham, 11 oz each of scalloped potatoes and sage dressing, and 4 mini cheese cakes. With how tiny it all is, I am sure they meant this would feed children under the age of 8 at the oldest. Also ordered two packs of their teriyaki beef sticks. Hideous! Tasted like greasy junk. I had been so excited too... Will not buy anything from them again.
So, I earned a lot of free stuff with their points system because I spent a TON OF MONEY. Because I didn't use them right away, they just went away like me as a customer. Never will buy from them again. Feeling ripped off and disappointed because this is a lean month of the year for me and was planning to use my points... that disappeared.

The meat was all super fresh and the apple desserts were a huge hit! Not sure what the box cost as it was a present but depending on price it is totally worth it!
I bought a small omaha steak box for myself around Christmas time. It was so-so, so I decided not to buy again from them and every email they sent me, I unsubscribed. Said it would take 10 days, wrote to customer service, said give it 10 days... well, 10 days never ends and I have even told them to cease and desist and they STILL continue to hound me. Many times more than once a day. Henceforth this negative review AND I will contact the BBB. I won't get mad, I'll get even! 34 emails and they still do not get the message, well now you have a bad review and a complaint with the BBB, backatcha!

Answer: A rep once told me verbally, then via email that a refund would be issued. A week or so later, nothing. I messaged customer service to inquire on the status of the refund and was told some correction would be made and the refund would be issued. Another week or two and still no refund to my account, however that same rep had sent me a follow up stating the funds would be in my account in there to five business days. Three to five business days later, still nothing but I waited an extra two or three days but still nothing. After some effort and back and forth and early morning phone calls I got through. At that time, if memory serves me correctly, the refund was issued and back to the card the order was placed from as well as additional golden biscuit or two, again, IF memory serves me correctly. One thing for sure, it took a lot of time, effort and waiting for that refund, but I eventually received it. I imagine you have to take into consideration that those online businesses get their share of dishonest squirrels exploiting the situation. It's always best to be as honest as you reasonably, honestly can be as one's sincerity often just naturally reveals itself or its opposite such as when unscrupulous people are up to shenanigans anyone can do without. I think they can usually tell, but it can take some doing on their part too.
