My granddaughter wrote me and told me that I was the best present buyer ever. She just gotten done eating the Omaha top sirloin steaks and said how delicious it was. My other daughter sent me a picture and said the potatoes and steaks were great! Thanks, Omaha for making me the best grandma give giver EVER! It all sounded so good I ordered twice from Omaha for myself. We are going to share it with my son and his girl for Christmas.
Mind you, before we ordered ourselves a holiday package, we'd ordered $300+ for gifts for family members that not only arrived on time, but early, fresh, and satisfying. For our house we chose the package with the seasoning, 4 bacon-wrapped filet mignons, 4 chicken breasts, 4 Franks, 4 burgers, and 4 tartlets. When it was 5 days late, I called and as I was talking to the associate, the package got delivered. She said to throw it away and she'll send another.(we did open it, only to find there was no chilling element/bag that they used to have years before, when they were decent) It was to be delivered on the 17th and we didn't get it until the 19th. (Which, by the way ruined 2 dinner parties). This time, I decided not to call back, but to cancel all of my emails, flyers, etc. and will not buy from them again. I haven't asked the family the specifics of their boxes, but what I have found so far: there was a dry ice bag with ice still in tact, the filets taste like the bacon they've been wrapped in and aren't as tender as they used to be, the chicken breasts are smaller, and the burgers needed oil in the pan in order to cook (80/20 should not need any oil, so what is the 20? Filler? Probably). Anyway, I will no longer order from Omaha Steaks for me nor my family again. Please, find a local butcher and support them. These people are rip offs and don't deserve your money.
I ordered steaks, etc. Omaha Steaks said it was delivered. Fed Ex said package damaged, undeliverable
No one from either company informed me. Lack of communication.
It was Xmas present for friend. Omaha Steaks said now out of product and could not replace it.

Have been a previous customer with more than half a dozen orders in past year. Tried to order today 3 times. Website unresponsive, got through to customer service once and they did not care. Needed to order 6 orders for customers and they lost my business for "customer no service". Must be nice to have so much volume to not care about returning customers. Would like to show proof of purchase but cannot access my account to show past purchases.
Order M*******HKDB. 2 package deals. 1 came in no cool pks. *******@54 degrees. Burgers were gray. Side was a bag of liquid potatoes. Hope 2nd is better.
The first person that I talk to didn't speak English well enough for me to understand and then I ask her to speak to someone that could help me and I would understand and she hung up on me. Second time I called to order three orders of the $99 special and the woman said they had to box them altogether I couldn't receive them in separate containers they had to go to two different places if that's the way you are than fine I don't wanna deal with you anymore
Got half my online order. Having customer service fix it was a major PITA. Father in law gave me a gift card to use. I'd never use them again even if it was the best steak in the world.
You have to wait on hold for so long to place order. Customer service not much better.The meat is so small a bird to eat it. When you ask to deliver to a special even printed on packing list, They Mess it up

Today, I ordered two Omaha steak packages. One was for my boss and the other for our home. The one to my boss did not meet the $99 requirement unless I ordered some overpriced seasoning additionally, it did not include shipping. It seemed to me that with the combination of what I was buying and the one for my boss, it should have met "free shipping". It was frustrating. I cancelled my home order and endured the "extras" for the one to my boss. My solution? Look at the size of the total order and accommodate the customer. Omaha Steaks missed an addition $114 along with the $115 component of my home order. Oh, well.

I ordered the baked ham, smashed red potatoes, root veggies au gratin and garlic baguettes, pecan pie and pumpkin pie. It was a fabulous meal. I loved everything about it. The ham was moist and succulent, the potatoes and veggies were so tasty, the pies were just like I would have made. All for $139.00, had I done the shopping and cooking from scratch this would have cost me more and wore me out. I will definitely order my holiday meals from this company in the future.
Steaks are too thin to cook properly found gristle in several go to a local butcher or even your local supermarket for better quality meat avoid Omaha steaks
No fat in the meat made the steaks tough and dry. Pay no attention to the pictures as what you get is not even close. Their "bonus" hamburger patties are less than a quarter inch thick while the images look like they are over 3/4"!
Their pictures of the lobster appetizer are the worst as the images show nice stringy lobster meat while what you get is -something with the consistency of tooth paste that does not smell like it even got close to a lobster. I was a sucker and ordered 5 boxes of this cr^p!
I have been buying Omaha Steaks for many years but about three months ago a friend of mine told me about Kanas City Steaks, So I figured I would give them a shot, what a mistake that was. Believe me when I say this: Omaha Steaks doesn't have a thing to worry about when it comes down to a better steak (all around)

Do yourself a favor and buy the Kroger brand bacon wrapped steaks at your local market, which are at least as good if not better, for $5, vs. the $16 or so you'd pay for the Omaha ones.

Answer: A rep once told me verbally, then via email that a refund would be issued. A week or so later, nothing. I messaged customer service to inquire on the status of the refund and was told some correction would be made and the refund would be issued. Another week or two and still no refund to my account, however that same rep had sent me a follow up stating the funds would be in my account in there to five business days. Three to five business days later, still nothing but I waited an extra two or three days but still nothing. After some effort and back and forth and early morning phone calls I got through. At that time, if memory serves me correctly, the refund was issued and back to the card the order was placed from as well as additional golden biscuit or two, again, IF memory serves me correctly. One thing for sure, it took a lot of time, effort and waiting for that refund, but I eventually received it. I imagine you have to take into consideration that those online businesses get their share of dishonest squirrels exploiting the situation. It's always best to be as honest as you reasonably, honestly can be as one's sincerity often just naturally reveals itself or its opposite such as when unscrupulous people are up to shenanigans anyone can do without. I think they can usually tell, but it can take some doing on their part too.
