Received a large order haven't tried everything yet but that which I tried is really really good like the hamburger best hamburger I ever ate
The meatballs, stuffed baked potatoes, and chicken steaks have very high sodium levels. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee refund or replacement is a joke and customer service reps are anything but user friendly. Don't waste your money.
I had problems with the last 2 shipments & they advised me to call FedX because it was a local delivery issue. They are the customer of Fedx not me. I called Fedx & they told me that their drivers are allowed to drop off the shipments anywhere on my property even at the end of the driveway by the street for someone to steal. The shipping box prior to that was covered in an oily substance too. I have also noticed that the pieces of most every meat has gotten much smaller than when we first started to order from them. I called & spoke to 3 different people who really seemed like that did not care. Never again!
I've been meaning to do this since January anyway my Son-n-law had us sent a package deal at Christmas, 3218-2 boxes, 3259, 3251 an there was a Desert one the only good thing about this package deal was the desert the steaks were rubbery no matter how I cook them or how long I marinated them, the pork chops the same way the sirloin steaks the same way the filet mignon's the hamburger patties were nothing but soy and they fell apart when they thawed and no flavor, my thinking is this meat had been freezer burnt! If this is the type of product u sell you can keep it, we have had problems n the past but this was a gift, if I had known he was going to do this I would've told him to save his money! I decided since their steaks were so good, I would try seafood, so I bought the lobster Mac an cheese at 30.00. Awful... there was no lobster in this dish. It would have been cheaper and tastier to just buy a lobster with real meat and throw some Mac and cheese over it... can't believe they would sell this and I bought 2... done with omaha
Made great tasting recipe with Omaha meatballs, unfortunately ate 3 meatballs, all had bone fragments
They show pictures that make the pieces of meat look big but that's only because they are thin slices. We got a big variety pack (filets, a roast, chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, potatoes, dessert) for a hell of a deal. Turns out it was too good to be true. The filets are maybe an inch and a half thick and flavorless. Their chicken is rubbery (also flavorless). Everything was disappointing. Save your money and buy from a local grocery store.
Every package that was "vacuum sealed" leaked so when they were defrosting the juices went everywhere. The filet mignon was mediocre, at best, I've gotten better from shoprite. The chicken tasted like salt water, the burgers were ok at best and the hot dogs were bland and boring. I'd never order for myself. It was fine for getting it as a gift for our first time but never again.
I received the special $19.99 flyers from O-S with free shipping if order comes to $139 or more. I called to place the order and was told the 8 $19.99 burgers only come in packages of 4 -- for the same price. I had picked out what I wanted to order so I could meet the fee shipping amount. Why they couldn't give me two packages of 4 burgers for the same price is beyond me. This would have matched what they described in their flyer. This is beyond me. Alternatively, they could have taken the rest of the order not charged me shipping for this HUGE misstep! I've been a customer for many years and their customer relations no longer exists. Very disappointing!
I bought $159.00 box off the truck in pearl Ms. Never had any meat so tuff before. Every one is tuff even the hamburger, it is pure grease with big veins in it, wasn't even good in chili. I cooked some steaks on the grill in some in the oven, and I can honestly say even the dog don't want them
They put on the website you are to get 4 5oz. Steaks with a purchase of 110.00 but it is false advertising. Went round and round with customer service. Had enough I just canceled my membership.

I ordered end of November using my credit card. Omaha Steaks opted to ship my order thru an unrealiable courier who let my order sit in their warehouse for 2+ weeks before it was delivered. Multiple emails that were never answered & multiple phone calls to Omaha Steaks w/ scripted responses & promises to credit my credit card. Last call I was told because I charged order on my credit card but wrote a check for the shipping charges, only order amount was credited back to my credit card & check was being sent for shipping charges! WHAT? How in the world would that even be possible? I should get check for shipping charges in 2-4 weeks. I opted to dispute the amount of the shipping charge w/ my credit card company. Omaha Steaks used to be a quality, reputable company but no longer; they are trying to ride their old reputation but it isn't working. Very poor service and employees who don't care, can't speak intelligent English and only give scripted responses. Never again.
Very misleading advertisement and poor customer service. They do not honor the advertisements on the web site! The steaks look like they came from wal mart except for double and triple the price! Do not order from this company and get ripped off like I did! Horrible gift idea and huge waste of money!
I sent a holiday gift to a decades-long friend for the holidays and he had only the HIGHEST RAVE REVIEWS, honestly. Said the steaks were well-packaged, perfect size, came fully frozen with clear cooking instructions. EVERYTHING was SCRUMPTIOUS ~ the steak, the potatoes, the seasoning, good-sized portions. He could NOT be more pleased! So I would say: BRAVO to Omaha Steaks, job WELL-DONE A2Z. Keep up your high standards & blessings yr way for the New Year 2022! Sincerely, Ken
I spent about $600 with them, but never again! It took at least 10 calls from me and more than 30 days for Omaha Steaks to identify the cause of their repeated shipping delays... a problem processing the payment, which they NEVER contacted me about! Just automated emails bumping out the delivery date again and again and again! They took no ownership of their mistake and could give a d@%& about trying to satisfy/keep their customers. Don't waste your money or, more importantly, your time with this company.
Was looking for a last minute Christmas gift for my Dad and saw the commercial! Item arrived 3 days after they said it would (wasn't expecting it before Christmas, but atleast around when they said). Opened up the box, and thought…. What? I got one of the package "deals" for $129.99. They said 4 chicken breasts included, well they were so small AND they took one breast and filleted it in half to make two, so really it was just a total of two breasts. We haven't eaten any of it yet, so I can not remark on taste, but really small portions for the extravagant price. Live and learn!
I ordered a Christmas present, checked the order 3 times, and they sent the order to me. I called customer service, talked to 2 middle eastern people and was told there is nothing that can be done. I paid alot of money for my package to be sent 4 hours north of me, now I have to figure it out. I will never order from here again.
I purchased four $99 packages for Christmas presents. I could've bought all that meat for $50 at a store most likely less than 50. And still got decent meat. Very dissatisfied and will never shop Omaha steaks again. The steaks weren't even as big as my hand. The pork chops were tiny, the chicken breast were half the size of the chicken breast I buy even at Walmart! Let alone a butcher shop. Super disappointing. I feel like I got robbed… I spent almost $500 on barely $100 worth of meat.
I ordered before the holidays and received a message that order was damaged in transit. No problem there, I call and was told the delivery would be here 12/27. I was here all day and when I checked the status it said delivered. I was a first time customer and would never order from them again. Sure I received a refund but I would rather have had what I ordered.

Answer: A rep once told me verbally, then via email that a refund would be issued. A week or so later, nothing. I messaged customer service to inquire on the status of the refund and was told some correction would be made and the refund would be issued. Another week or two and still no refund to my account, however that same rep had sent me a follow up stating the funds would be in my account in there to five business days. Three to five business days later, still nothing but I waited an extra two or three days but still nothing. After some effort and back and forth and early morning phone calls I got through. At that time, if memory serves me correctly, the refund was issued and back to the card the order was placed from as well as additional golden biscuit or two, again, IF memory serves me correctly. One thing for sure, it took a lot of time, effort and waiting for that refund, but I eventually received it. I imagine you have to take into consideration that those online businesses get their share of dishonest squirrels exploiting the situation. It's always best to be as honest as you reasonably, honestly can be as one's sincerity often just naturally reveals itself or its opposite such as when unscrupulous people are up to shenanigans anyone can do without. I think they can usually tell, but it can take some doing on their part too.
