My order was missing some seasoning. I called customer service and the promptly gave me a $15 e gift card. Turns out the code doesn't work. After 2 more calls totalling 40 minutes, I still don't have my seasoning or a gift card that works!
Do the math! Looks like a ton of food for the money.
Most packages, after discount, are about $30/pound including hotdogs, burgers and chicken which put regular price around $50/pound. What a deal! Would you consider that at the grocery store?
Received my package I ordered - there were a couple items missing. Called help center and told them I would like the missing items sent. Person who helped me first said that my package didn't include one of the items that was clearly stated on my invoice and my online order. She put me on hold to verify what was included in my package. Tartlets and potatoes were missing - after having been on hold again, she said that they could ship missing items to me, but they wouldn't arrive until after Christmas - this was on December 6. I asked her why would it take so long to receive my missing items and she said that she was following policy and they had many other orders to ship. I told her since it was the company's error, they should make an effort to get them to me sooner than that - at least, that was what good customer service was like in the past. It is unfortunate that quality customer service is no longer regarded as a priority.
The directions on the beef pot roast say to remove from packaging, however when you open the cardboard box the meat is in a bag that is often used for oven roasting. It was unclear from the directions if I was simply to take it out of the cardboard box, or if I was to remove it from the bag also. I called customer service and they seemed confused about my question.
Servings are small for price and hot dogs tasted like Oscar Myers. Would have been ok if half the price
I was gifted a variety pack of meat from a client and I literally wish they would've saved their money. I cooked the 4 pack or what is suppose to be a steak wrapped in bacon for my family. Prepping and cooking went perfect. As I'm cutting the steak for my kids I get an awful whiff of a dead animal carcass. I know this smell, I thought it was bad meat from our fridge or our trash. I finally bit into my steak and it was not the texture of a steak. It felt like thick hair in your mouth with an awful after taste. My son said he caught a smell of a dead animal as well! Putting two and two together and seeing the grayness from the "bacon" we threw away all of our steaks. I truly hope this was a bad batch and not a 100% representation of their company because they should be out of our business. Go to Kroger, Safeway or Sprouts.
I received a $50 gift card from my company and went online to make a purchase. I've ordered from here before and was very disappointed in the quality of everything so I'm literally ordering only to use the gift card. A minimum of $99 order is required before they will even ship anything and then you still pay for shipping. I added enough to my cart for a subtotal of $109 and my balance after the gift card is $87. So essentially, you have to pay twice as much on food you don't even want in order to use a gift card. Total joke! Gift card in the trash!
Been a customer for about a year now and completely satisfied. One mishap where meat delivered had already thawed. Called customer service and a replacement order was processed and shipped immediately at no extra charge. No complaints here.
I spent a lot of money expecting excellence (for the price). Did not get that.
*Individual Asparagus Souffles: These were awful. No taste, you couldn't even taste asparagus, let alone any cheese. We threw them out.
*Filet Mignon in Pastry: The photo looks amazing. The taste is far from it, very odd taste, and you can hardly taste the meat.
*Tri-tip steaks: These were decent but not anything near "high end." For the price for the size of the cut they send, go to your local butcher.
*Key Lime Tarts: These are good. But $40 for 4 of them is ridiculous.
*Triple Berry Tartlets: This is the only item that was good plus a decent price.
We ordered a pot roast that was priced@ $39.99 expecting excellence. Instead we got a dried out piece of meat that was not edible and had to be thrown out. When we contacted customer service Josie said sorry and credited $15.25. That math does not equal a 100% guarantee. After contacting Josie twice more with no response it is apparent that they do not honor their warranty.
The shrimp fried rice was too salty and the sauce it came in was very wet, The rice was not that great either. You only get eight shrimp.
Our son bought Omaha steak box for one of our Christmas presents. The steaks were very small not good cut of meat. They were tough. Lobster was so small. It was fairly good but so small only about two bites per piece. Four in box. The green beans were terrible and so were other sides. Waste of money. Our son ordered himself the box and he was very disappointed. The ads on TV are false. Steaks look nothing like the ones in the ads. I rather buy my own steaks and lobster. We will never waste money with this company.
Many moons ago, when the hubster and I first gave up grains and went extremely low-carb, my wonderful Bro and SIL started gifting us an Omaha prime rib roast every year for Xmas. It was a thing of beauty. Granted, the hubby would dry-age it for a few days in fridge with his special dry rub, but it always tasted great! We would have it as our Xmas dinner with my mother (only local family member) and then have one full-on dinner redux for just the two of us with enough left to make several blue cheese steak salads.
In recent years the roast seemed to get smaller and smaller. We'd get barely 5 adult servings out of the roast which used to feed 7-9. Also, it just didn't taste as good, no matter what hubby did to it. Last Xmas Bro and SIL sent us a variety pack containing steaks, chicken, pork, some carb stuff we re-gifted, and the tiniest burgers we ever saw. All the meat was awful. I was told the potatoes and the apple desserts were good, but meat is all that matters if you're ordering from Omaha.
I was concerned about telling Bro and SIL how bad Omaha had gotten, but hubby had a better idea. He sent a box of steaks to Bro for his birthday. We got a thank you note indicating that we should have told them sooner how bad Omaha had gotten. With a smiley face, so it was cool. Bottom line, just avoid Omaha Steaks.
We ordered the stuffed potatoes. They were super dry, we tried everything and they were DRY. Filet mignons the meat had gristle through it and not worth the price. The packaging that was about it.
Ordered a package that included 5 oz filet mignons, boneless chicken breasts, boneless pork chops, hamburgers and apple tarts. After trying everything except the apple tarts I have concluded it is not worth the price. The filet mignons are good although the bacon wrapping them is overwhelming relative to the size of the steak. The chicken is awful. I don't think I could have identified what is was while blindfolded. The port was very tough and chewy. Bone in is a better choice. The hamburgers are good. Given the price charged I do not intend to order again. I ca get equally good filet mignon and hamburgers from the local butcher shop and better pork chops and chicken from the grocery store at a much lower price.
I stopped in Chillicothe OH to ask a question from the rep how rude he was! They had cones up. I pulled to them not in them. He came out of his truck and let me have it! I was not born yesterday I am 58 yes old. So we only wanted to ask a question. I will never buy anything from them and have blasted it on Facebook and emailed the company to call me as I want to file a formal complaint. No call back as of yet! I would rather pay 45.00 a steak than ever be treated like I was. Customer service they don't have it!
I was gifted the package with ham, garlic bread, scalloped potatoes, hot lava chocolate cakes and beans. I like simple foods, simple flavors and prefer spices and seasonings to enhance flavorss, not drown them out.
The scalloped potatoes are simply inedible. Smells like pizza cooking and tastes like sweetened whipped cream fluff - not sour cream - VERY heavy with garlic. Don't know how to salvage that. The chocolate lava cakes are too dark chocolate for my tastes, bitter dark chocolate. And I LOVE chocolate. The mini baguettes reek of heavy garlic, even frozen hard as a brick. Ok that's to be expected since it is garlic bread. The little green bean casseroles have chopped peppers, onion and you guessed it... garlic mixed in. It's pretty, but after the potato fiasco... I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.
If you like HEAVY GARLIC without actually being able to taste the food itself, go for it. Otherwise just hit up the local Olive Garden if you're a fan of heavy garlic. I'm not. I'm stuck with food I can't give away, so what a waste of $$$$. I'm scared of what the ham may be like.
Two stars are all I can give and that's for speedy response, packaging and quick delivery.
Super over priced for what you get and not frozen when it arrived
Very disappointed with there help deck
Support you local butchers unless you want to spend three times as much on just ok meats
I would Not recommend buying.
What a joke charge for a lot of meat act like you are going to get a good size and quantity of meat bull$#*! better off going to Kroger or Walmart cheaper and better quantity
Just finished cooking and eating an Omaha filet. I really don't know why you would buy this product. For the price it was horrible. Closest taste I could compare it to was beef liver. Fortunately it was a gift. I would never buy their beef for myself.

Answer: No,and I don't care whether they do or don't, in fact, this review is almost impossible to reply to, they must make it that way, they want 50 characters to even reply
Answer: A rep once told me verbally, then via email that a refund would be issued. A week or so later, nothing. I messaged customer service to inquire on the status of the refund and was told some correction would be made and the refund would be issued. Another week or two and still no refund to my account, however that same rep had sent me a follow up stating the funds would be in my account in there to five business days. Three to five business days later, still nothing but I waited an extra two or three days but still nothing. After some effort and back and forth and early morning phone calls I got through. At that time, if memory serves me correctly, the refund was issued and back to the card the order was placed from as well as additional golden biscuit or two, again, IF memory serves me correctly. One thing for sure, it took a lot of time, effort and waiting for that refund, but I eventually received it. I imagine you have to take into consideration that those online businesses get their share of dishonest squirrels exploiting the situation. It's always best to be as honest as you reasonably, honestly can be as one's sincerity often just naturally reveals itself or its opposite such as when unscrupulous people are up to shenanigans anyone can do without. I think they can usually tell, but it can take some doing on their part too.
