The hamburgers were not very good. I rather have my supermarket burgers. Cannot recommend. Will not be going back
This was ok. The flavor was ok, the potatoes were cooked nicely, but you could not cut the carrots. The gravy did not thicken like it was supposed to. It was supposed to feed 4 and barely fed two, and I can only eat one cup of food at a time. After having three meals with Omaha Steaks I feel they should stick to selling steaks and forget selling meals. They are inedible. I know what I am talking about because I was raised in the restaurant business and my dad insisted on perfection.
I ordered the NY Strip steaks they were about 3/4 inch thick, how do you cook a steak that thin. The site gives you very little info. On what you are buying, like how thick the steaks are, are they anibiotic free, are they prime meat? I'm assuming that if you buy a 8oz steak it's going to be thinner than a 12oz steak, it doesn't say. The burgers had a good flavor, but look gray in color. Not very appealing. The pictures speak for themselves, you can decide for yourself. I would give it a 2 1/2 star, probably won't order again.
Absolutely horrible meal. Very little meat. Too much pepper. Followed directions but the meal came out of the oven still cold. I would not order again. It's not worth what they charge.
I have ordered three times from Omaha steaks and was ok but filets and stirps were very tough! Run for this high price
Literally what the title says. It is trash that I wouldn't even feed to a dog. The burgers arrive as grey meat that is so greasy everyone felt sick after eating them. The hot dogs, tasteless trash. The chicken mediocre. Their bacon wrapped filet mignons are a travesty. Essentially gristle and trimmings rolled into a ball and wrapped in a slice of bacon. Absolute trash. The only redeeming thing in the entire order was their apple tartlets that taste just like McDonald's apple pies, which is a welcoming flavor after eating any of their awful meat products. Just don't do it. Trust me, you will not be satisfied.
I continue to receive aids from Omaha steak even after Omaha management tells me they are not sending!
I received a variety box from Omaha Steaks as a gift, and was disappointed. The filet mignon wrapped in bacon was a petite serving, and after cooking I when I removed the undercooked bacon, the "filet" fell apart. It was three small pieces! The filet mignon wrapped in pastry proved to be bits of chopped beef with peas and carrots, maybe 2 ounces of meat. The burgers were so finely ground that they fell apart when being cooked. The stuffed potatoes and chicken breast were OK. I was expecting that at least one of the selections would be a steak, but the beef was always bits and pieces.
I cooked two of your steaks for our Super Bowl dinner. Unfortunately, the meat was very tough (I thought it was supposed to be tenderloin). My husband could not finish his steak because it was so tough. Thought you should know.
I grilled their steaks last night and sat down to find very tough grizzle in the middle of the meat...how dissapointimg to say the least...no more Omaha for me!
Omaha Steak has a reward system that you earn points to get certain items free. I saved up my points only to find out they TAKE THEM AWAY. I will not be ordering from them again. Switching to another steak company. Very disappointing.
Received an Omaha Steak delivery for Christmas...nice package of four steaks, chops, chicken, salmon, cheesecake, burgewrs and hot dogs. This was an expensive gift from my son. Tried the hot dogs...probably the worst quality hot dogs I have ever had. Soft, squishy, tasteless...could not finish one.absolutely horrible. I'm not looking forward to trying the rest of the selections...seriously the hot dogs were disgusting
Everything we have ordered has been great! Some things we really like and order over again and others we enjoyed but will try something else in it's place next time. The times I have had to speak with customer service they have been very helpful and courteous. We got our first box as a Christmas gift and continued to order after that. I fit them into my budget and stop buying meat at the the grocery store.
I was excited to get a gift card for Omaha Steaks for Christmas and ordered quickly. Haven't tried the steaks, but the ground meat was grey/tan and unsuitable for eating. Worse, though, it was all shipped in a large thick styrofoam box. Feel environmentally guilty for eating meat some, but think shipping it in styrofoam is unacceptable. I get frozen fish from Alaska and meet from ranch in Texas...shipped in cardboard with biodegradeable/compostable insulation and dry ice. But won't every order from Omaha again. I attached photo of the brown meat next to another brand that I had for comparison. Taken same say as shipment arrived.
Service is very good and once I had an issue customer service took care of me swiftly.
That being said, the product is WAY overpriced for what you get. I got a gift pack of brisket burgers, sirloin steaks, pork chops, and stuffed potatoes and mini cheesecakes. The brisket burgers were very good! But the potatoes were just ok and the cheesecakes were the most bland tasteless things I had ever had. Then I went to try the pint sized sirloin steaks... First off, who wants a little 5 oz steak? But most importantly, when I thawed the sirloin steaks they were rotten! Right from the freezer to a thaw in the fridge and they were brown all the way thru... Terrible product and more expensive that any other option out there. Will never buy again.
I ordered a gift for Christmas. In the check out it offered me a $50 reward if I chose delayed shipping that would arrive after Christmas. I chose this option, but never got the reward. I contacted Omaha Steak company, and was told my $89 order didn't qualify, even though it was offered to me during the shipping check out. Shame on Omaha Steaks for poor business practices.
We had the Omaha Steaks beef wellington for Christmas dinner. It was a big disappointment. The meat was not tender and tasted like a run of the mill piece of beef. Was not a premium piece of meat. Actually was two slices of beef stack together not a single fillet. Taste was bland. Did not taste any spices. Just tasted like a piece of regular beef that was baked. Compared to what it cost it was shameful. Not buying from them anymore.
Ordered a chateaubriand dinner for Christmas. They guaranteed a delivery on the 23rd. Received the sides, but no Chateaubriand. Customer service refused to give me a refund. They ruined what should have been an easy Christmas dinner for two people involved.
Also, customer service took 2.5 hours to actually speak with a person, and they hung up on me twice while I was on hold. They didn't call me back. Waited another 2 hours, and the same thing happened again. Definitely never using this poorly run service again.
Not worth the price. Thought we would have enough for 2 meals, but no. Not enough meat just full of filler
Nothing but a mess! Had to make third order and second payment! Messed everything up, told me my order of 12-12-22 was good after I paid for it that day. Got a duplicate Oder so they could cheat me out of four pork chops. Called them and thought it was ok, status on phone told me order was to be delivered the 22nd. Or before. Got a letter the 19th. That I needed to pay for the order which had a different order number. I paid again and was told the delivery would be the 24th. I tried to be nice but the lady was rude and kept talking over me!
If you enjoy headaches deal with this company, it's went completely to the dogs!

Answer: No,and I don't care whether they do or don't, in fact, this review is almost impossible to reply to, they must make it that way, they want 50 characters to even reply
Answer: A rep once told me verbally, then via email that a refund would be issued. A week or so later, nothing. I messaged customer service to inquire on the status of the refund and was told some correction would be made and the refund would be issued. Another week or two and still no refund to my account, however that same rep had sent me a follow up stating the funds would be in my account in there to five business days. Three to five business days later, still nothing but I waited an extra two or three days but still nothing. After some effort and back and forth and early morning phone calls I got through. At that time, if memory serves me correctly, the refund was issued and back to the card the order was placed from as well as additional golden biscuit or two, again, IF memory serves me correctly. One thing for sure, it took a lot of time, effort and waiting for that refund, but I eventually received it. I imagine you have to take into consideration that those online businesses get their share of dishonest squirrels exploiting the situation. It's always best to be as honest as you reasonably, honestly can be as one's sincerity often just naturally reveals itself or its opposite such as when unscrupulous people are up to shenanigans anyone can do without. I think they can usually tell, but it can take some doing on their part too.
