First time trying OS. Ordered the Filet. Very pricey but thought it might be worth it. I was wrong. Tried cooking with salt and pepper and another 4 with seasoning I always use. Nada. Filet had more tough parts than at ones I get at my local butcher. Only thing good about the order was the shipping.
The filet and sirloin steaks I bought would be considered standard. They even took a 3/4" piece of filet, folded it onto itself, wrapped it in bacon, skewered it and tried to pass it off as a 1.5" piece of filet. Total garbage.
Apparently, the once amazing Omaha steaks, thinks it's acceptable to ship days later than agreed at purchase, and not bother to let you know what is going on with your order until chase them down (and then hours later and with no options for how to correct their actions and/or receive your order in the time frame you originally agreed to).
They had my order "in progress" for over half a week, is part of it going to be rancid by the time it gets here (which will be after our family event that they have ruined by taking the budgeted money last week and providing no meal or even time to gather additional funds and plan/purchase another meal)?!?!?!?
I've spent over $2800 this year. They REFUSED to re-authorize my gold membership for the price I paid last year. So for that little amount they will lose close to $3000. I'm done!
I contacted this company to clarify what is going in their meat. I asked if it was non-GMO and are they given their cows the COVID-19 vaccination and they gave me the runaround for each question so I would conclude that the Covid vaccine is in this meat and is genetically modified. Some people may not care, but a "hell no" for me.
I just recently went to the Mansfield store and purchase over $300 worth of product. My mistake for being a first time customer in spending that much money but I always do it with the name Omaha steaks. It would be delicious however we have cooked up some burgers they were horrible no taste whatsoever. No wonder why they gave away 12 free burgers when you buy one of the package deals And with me being a first time customer oh you can add this on for this much money and that on for so much more money well like a fool I did the steak tips were so tiny that probably a baby could eat them and not even choke that's how tiny they were. I have not tried any of the other stuff yet like the pork chops the hotdogs, the ribs, the chicken, the meatballs, and everything else that I have purchased if there's anything like the first two items that I bought I will be very disappointed. Just think to spend that much money and the food is horrible over $300 and I probably will not be back.
I Received an order Monday which got delayed in shipping and the product was bad. I called customer service and with no hassle agreed to replace the product and I received it today!

I ordered the $99 package for fathers day for my husband. I made the bacon wrapped steaks tonight and they were as tender as a hamburger n so tasteful with their seasoning. I will definitely order again and spread the word. Awesome is all I can say.the best of the best...

Elderly, gullible mom ordered their burgers. I showed her THESE reviews, but Omaha Sucks REFUSED to cancel her order. It ships, and yup, pure garbage. My sister, while grilling (who didn't see reviews) commented on how "bizarre" the consistency, and compressed the patties are. I'd all day recommend Wal-Marts trash ground beef over Omaha Scat. Now for the typical "Oh No, we're sorry you weren't satisfied" damage control post most of these reviews get. Save it, let my neighbors know about Blowmaha Steaks. Won't get no more $$ from this area.

I usually like their products but tonight I decided to cook up the 2 person serving of fettuccine alfredo and it was way below the level of quality I've come to expect from their food. Not only was the flavor off and just all around unappealing, but the cheese on top hardened into a very crunchy shell that I foolishly thought I could chew through and ended up chipping off a piece of my tooth. I can't say I won't eat their products anymore because they have good meat but steer clear of the fettuccine, folks.

The product, ordering and deliver speed is amazing. Why would they put 3 gifts into 2 boxes. A little embarrassing.
Ordered over $120 worth of food from Omaha Steaks. They delivered it to the wrong address. Sent multiple messages to customer service. No response. I won't be using them s again.
I have never bought filet mignon from a butcher or grocery store with silver skin on it. For what Omaha Steak charges for thier products I would expect a much higher standard. I personally did like the hot dogs but everything else i ordered was not worth what they charge!
We received an order from Omaha and were so excited. Their steaks were so tasty and great a few years ago that we decided to spoil ourselves.
The hot dogs were okay. Nothing special.
The burgers were lame. Supermarket brands have a better taste.
Now to the steaks. Our pack of 4 top sirloins were rubbery and had zero taste. Thankfully we had some A-1 sauce to make them edible.
We also received 4 pieces of ribeye steaks. Less rubbery but still tastless. A-1 again.
Steaks from local grocery stores tasted much better and 1/4 of cost. We still have two steaks left. Hopefully marinating them in hot sauce will help.
We contacted customer service 2 weeks ago about our disappointing order. No response. Horrible customer service! Even if we got a gift card for next order, we wont be ordering anything from Omaha again so its pointless. All we can do is warn others!
I ordered a beef shank and got small ribs instead. I ordered the stuffed chicken breasts and they were awful. Very soggy. I paid $100.00 for awful service and poor quality products. Proof of purchase is in the garbage can.
Ww bought a package for $400. Steaks are really tough. We made it gave it to the dogs cus they were awful. Hamburgers is only thing we enjoyed. But $400 worth of food were not gonna eat. Save time an money go with someone else
