I ordered Omaha Steaks and will never order again. The steaks are inedible, too tough to chew. There are five levels of meat. Prime, choice, select, stew and canning. Omaha steaks might be good for canned stew!

Customer Service should be unprofessional service. Your $10.00 per order discount only applies on line which is not written any where. On a $700 plus order you gave me a $10.00 discount I questioned it but was told I could try the on line process and maybe I would get the $10.00 on each order. It is a slap in the face to claim you give a $10.00 military discount on each order that is only available on line. Hopefully military persons read this and go elsewhere for their gift purchases.
Beef is all filler. Meat balls and hamburgers are very bad. Beaf wellington is worse. Chicken fried beef steak are not edible. How do you keep selling this bad meat. I need a refund. Horrible stuff.
I am a widower and live alone and when I got the Omaha Steak box there were four pork chops in there. I thought out the first one and did it on the grill as I always do my pork chops and I could hardly slice it when I went to eat it. No I didn't overcook it I cook it right to the temperature like using a meat thermometer. I thought I would try baking the other pork chops with white and wild rice and some chicken broth. I cooked them slow for 3 hours and they were still like rubber.
This is supposed to be Omaha Steaks, so why do they force all this other cheap crap on the customers. I don't want old hot dogs and tiny potato cruds and silly little desserts just enough to piss you off. I am capable of making potato dishes and desserts. I just want to buy steaks!

The steaks and hamburger meat has a terrible texture. We took one bite and spit it out. Its not real beef, it's like pressed meat in the shape of a steak. We wasted hundreds of dollars just to throw it in the garage. Will NEVER buy from omaha again. They're doing something to the so called meat

I defrosted the Pork Loin Chops in the fridge for 24 hours and have blood on the plate. The vacuum seal is poor.

I bought thousands of dollars worth of their products. I was told I would get a $50 voucher if I waited for delivery until after Christmas. Never got it. Also they took over 2000 reward points from me. Talked to customer service and they said they would get back to me within a few days. Never did.

If you're wanting the cutting mats and the paring knives you'll never get the damn paring knife three times they sent me cutting mats never was there a paring knife in it gave me a $15 gift card and I got three sets of the mats that never got a paring knife Omaha take that off your list of sales because people are getting pissed off! I had ordered from this company and really liked everything we got. I wanted to place a second order as I was sent a coupon in the mail for 20% off my purchase. I applied the coupon but when I hit "place order" the coupon did not take off. It would have taken off over $30 off of my almost $170 purchase. While $30 isn't a lot of money it still was aggravating knowing I only placed a second order because they offered another promo. I have emailed customer service twice now and still have not gotten an email back.
The steaks received are not what is pictured when ordered. The filets are barely 1/2 inch thick. Not the 2 inch thick as pictured on their website. Same for the burgers and ribeyes. Won't be ordering from them anymore.

Long story short, 1st box of burgers, truck broke. Called. 2nd box of burgers delivered. Internal box temperature was 77 degrees. Called again. Requested refund and to cancel order. I was only refunded 75% of the purchase price. Their reasoning? The gave me a $25 gift card for a future order. I told them I would never order from them again and a gift card has zero value to me. They agreed to issue full refund but when my credit statement arrived, sure enough they only refunded 75% of the full purchase price. I highly suggest anyone thinking about ordering meat online, look elsewhere.

I was not happy with my steaks. They were very expensive and very small. I felt ripped off. Last time I buy the hype.
I had made several orders from Omaha Steaks. The products were very tasty, but last time, I noticed that the calorie and fat content from the sirloin burgers and grass-fed burgers was much higher on the boxes that were delivered than on the website! I asked several people at Omaha Steaks for a clarification regarding the discrepancy, but I received no clarification at all! Their Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!
I'm so unhappy that I may stop ordering from them altogether!

I have received variety packs for the holidays, felt bad that someone spent so much for such poor quality meats. It's like they trim them and make them look so good with they're packaging, so your brain doesn't notice how tough, dry and flavorless it is. There are way better meat gifts by mail out there.

OK, $89 for 20 burgers delivered, I'm in, although I live within walking distance of a Publix grocery store and there are 4 others within a mile or two of my house. The issue is that if I buy fresh, pre-packaged burgers at the meat counter, I'm going to cook one or two, and freeze the rest. Hence my trying Omaha's offer.
The service was just fine, packaging great, but the burgers were rather bland (all types, it was an assortment), but here's the crux of the problem. These burgers are too compressed by whatever machine forms them. Tightly compressed burgers are just not good. I've had one of each, and some friends had a couple, and no one was impressed. I had one tonight, and will probably discard the rest.

Received an Omaha Steaks package in late June that included a package of bacon, when received put meat on freezer and later moved the bacon to refrigerator to thaw, but was there unused longer than probably thought, but when I got it out yesterday found that it was moldy, didn't think it was anything I had done, wondered if this gab been a problem!

Answer: A rep once told me verbally, then via email that a refund would be issued. A week or so later, nothing. I messaged customer service to inquire on the status of the refund and was told some correction would be made and the refund would be issued. Another week or two and still no refund to my account, however that same rep had sent me a follow up stating the funds would be in my account in there to five business days. Three to five business days later, still nothing but I waited an extra two or three days but still nothing. After some effort and back and forth and early morning phone calls I got through. At that time, if memory serves me correctly, the refund was issued and back to the card the order was placed from as well as additional golden biscuit or two, again, IF memory serves me correctly. One thing for sure, it took a lot of time, effort and waiting for that refund, but I eventually received it. I imagine you have to take into consideration that those online businesses get their share of dishonest squirrels exploiting the situation. It's always best to be as honest as you reasonably, honestly can be as one's sincerity often just naturally reveals itself or its opposite such as when unscrupulous people are up to shenanigans anyone can do without. I think they can usually tell, but it can take some doing on their part too.
