Always easy to order from Omaha Steaks. Shipments are received promptly. Steaks are always so juicy and tender.
Steaks are great, salmon too. Problem is Fedex has delivered my order to wrong address once and left another order on sidewalk behind my building.

Everything that I ordered was shipped very quickly and was received perfectly frozen for storage. All that we have eaten so far has been as advertised - tender and tasty. I especially like the convivence of the chicken breasts for preparing all sorts of recipes.

If I new I was going to be bombarded with emails several times a day I would never have ordered from Omaha steaks. I won't be reordering anything in the future.
Pot roast was a complete disappointment! The first one was spoiled and the replacement had the freezer bag punctured and liquid (from the time of packaging) frozen inside the box.
Fast service, get excellent food products. Easy to call and get items without missing or errors on orders.

Called after order was 2 days late and was told that there was a "labor mistake" at Omaha Steaks and a reshipped order would arrive the next week.
I don't understand why an email couldn't be sent with that info proactively. In fact I still haven't received one.

I thought I heard THUMP out the door last night and I was so surprised to see my order at the door early this morning. Although I am still waiting for my $30 E reward email that I still have not received.

It took me an hour and a half to place two orders. Enormous problems with every step of online ordering. Also, when I tried to pay with PayPal, it forced me to only use a credit card for the purpose. Other problems are too many to specify. Too much trouble.
Buyer beware this company promises free hamburger for buying a steak selection but never sends it. When I called to ask when they will ship the burgers they said that they won't be sending them. I asked for a Partial refund and they never sent it either.
Omaha steaks has lost their respect, they have become a rip-off. I ordered a package of meat and did not get all that I paid for. I called to find out when the rest of the order would come and customer service said they will not be sending it. Then I finally got a full time customer service representative that said she would send me 30.00 dollars back, it never came. If you order from them you might get some of your order. No quaranty.
We have purchased Omaha Steaks products in the past and have been very satisfied with the quality.This year we decided to order one of their Thanksgiving dinner packages. And it. Was terrible. It was not even edible and we ended up ditching it. It was the worst thanksgiving dinner we have had in 40 years. It is time for us to reconsider ordering from Omaha Steaks!

Answer: A rep once told me verbally, then via email that a refund would be issued. A week or so later, nothing. I messaged customer service to inquire on the status of the refund and was told some correction would be made and the refund would be issued. Another week or two and still no refund to my account, however that same rep had sent me a follow up stating the funds would be in my account in there to five business days. Three to five business days later, still nothing but I waited an extra two or three days but still nothing. After some effort and back and forth and early morning phone calls I got through. At that time, if memory serves me correctly, the refund was issued and back to the card the order was placed from as well as additional golden biscuit or two, again, IF memory serves me correctly. One thing for sure, it took a lot of time, effort and waiting for that refund, but I eventually received it. I imagine you have to take into consideration that those online businesses get their share of dishonest squirrels exploiting the situation. It's always best to be as honest as you reasonably, honestly can be as one's sincerity often just naturally reveals itself or its opposite such as when unscrupulous people are up to shenanigans anyone can do without. I think they can usually tell, but it can take some doing on their part too.
