OMG... we couldn't be happier with the cake we received for Loki! It came the day before we needed it, as I had set up 2 weeks ago, and it shipped perfectly! The tag with his name on it was the perfect touch! He absolutely loved the cake and even the hat that came with it! I can't thank you guys enough for making his day so great. I ordered another one for Thors birthday on Nov. 10th and I cannot wait to see it!
I had previously made pupcakes for my Vizsla, Diesel, every year and while he devoured them they didn't always look the best. This one I ordered was the perfect size and came really fast and on time. The funny part is it was his 11th birthday and they must have wrote 1st birthday on the cake and then realized there should be another 1, but never changed the "st" so it said 11st. Didn't matter as it was a laughable moment. He loved his cake, but I will say they are pretty dense and super hard. I wish it was softer as it felt stale. Oh well... I wasn't eating it. Thanks for the beautiful pup cake!
Beware of a bait and switch. First time ordering a cake and I paid for 2 day UPS shipping for my pups 1 year birthday. Found out that they gave it to USPS which has delayed the cake until after his birthday. Last time I will do business with these crooked jerks Will discourage anyone from doing so. I do not have any confidence that they will make good on the refund for the shipping.
Delivered on time and the cake was cute. My dogs love it. I think the price it little bit high due to the size of the cake but I'm ok with it. The materials seems health and natural. Would order again.

Worst. Management. Ever. Poor excuse for a business. Had an issue with my delivery being late by 3 days. Management didn't care. Didn't apologize. Refused to refund or attempt to make things right. Super unprofessional responses. Not sure how they've stayed in business. Will NEVER order from this place again! When cake was delivered... it was hard and disgusting. Completely inedible. My pup wouldn't eat it. And he eats EVERYTHING! If I could rate this business with negative stars, I would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Buyer beware. Their customer support is anything but that. I was met uncaring tones, ughs and unprofessionalism. I ordered a cake in August, it was delayed and then USPS mis delivered it. They stopped replying to my emails after advising me to make sure I checked my mail box. As of this date I'm still fighting in appeals with USPS, I have never received my cake or bandana and am out 40 bucks. And no reply from Okra and Molly since August 19th. At this point I'm going to file for charge backs with my credit card company. Again, buyer beware.
I ordered a cake on Tuesday evening: quick ship, chef's choice. Requested 2-day air. Lucy's birthday was Saturday. Cake arrived Monday evening at 6 pm. Cake was very dry; maybe it had been frozen a long time. Lucy liked it, but I was very disappointed and upset.
I can't say enough about Okra and Molly! I made a mistake on the timing to get this cake in time for Holly's birthday and the staff helped me get it straight. Very responsive to all my questions. The cake was so nice and Holly loved it! I'll definitely order from here again! Thank you for making her day so wonderful!
Claire's First Birthday was a success. She loved her cake in fact she wanted more. Her toys were a huge hit as well. Border collies rule!

Very impressed with this first order. I was concerned about shipping with the current issues with the USPS and appreciate your openness about possible delays. I chose to pick an earlier delivery date to avoid delays and was very surprised when the cake arrived a day early by UPS. Since it was still 5 days till his birthday, I followed the simple instructions to freeze the cake found online and in the box. I defrosted on his birthday and it was as perfect as the day it arrived. My Nibbler loved it! He tried his best to eat it all. He would take a break and come back for more. I finally put it away, cutting up leftovers for treats. The cake was amazing and really made Nibbler's 15th birthday very special.

Only reason for 4 stars and not five is because my order came late and I ordered over a month in advance. My pawty banner also was broken. The cake was amazing! My dogs loved it.
I ordered a cake which the postal service sorted incorrectly and I got it super late! Okra and molly replaced that cake for me and was very prompt to respond and send it out! My doggies loved every bite of it! Will continue to buy cakes from them

I'VE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE CAKE ARRIVING ALL BROKEN/CRACKED. I CONTACTED OKRA AND MOLLY VIA EMAIL AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT MY PACKAGE HOW IT HAD ARRIVED. THEY DIDN'T TAKE ANY HESITATION AND THEY EMAILED ME BACK AND MADE IT RIGHT BY SENDING ANOTHER CAKE. THE PUPS LOVED THE CAKE. THANK YOU AGAIN!
Absolutely great customer service. They were able to change the date of my order and the writing on it very easily. I loved the cake, it was so cute and the pups enjoyed it as well!
My three dogs love cakes from Okra and Molly! A friend recommended them to me years ago and ever since it's been the only way we celebrate our babies special days. This year for my dogs 9th birthday we wanted to have something extra special made and they were wonderful to collaborate with on a custom design. Tails were wagging all around when it arrived!

Hey Gabrielle, you contacted us 2 days BEFORE your cake was due and said it was going to be late because you refuse to understand the shipping times, then cussed at me when i told you it was too early to tell if it would be late, then it arrived on time as I'd predicted.
