I ordered this cake and paid for it to be shipped thru UPS. I was not home when they first tried to deliver, and it's marked that they don't leave it on my porch. An adult 21 and over needs to sign for it. So now I'm waiting on it to be delivered to a local CVS. This is not convenient. I paid for a $20 cake to be delivered to my door. If I wanted to pick this up, I would have used a local bakery and went and picked it up. Theres no reason to make someone sign for it. That's ridiculous! I can't even make a review for the cake since my pups party is happening soon and there may not even be a cake!
I have ordered the my dogs first and many more to come birthday cakes from here. They do such a wonderful job! To be honest, I tried a piece, and I'm not sorry. It's better than half the "granola bars" of today.

I reached out to the company to show them a picture of what I got and what I actually wanted to get. Needless to say I wasn't happy about the "art" and they didn't care. I decided to share my experience by writing a review and they had the audacity to reply to my review claiming that because I ordered my cake at the last minute they couldn't guarantee a better quality. What?! I was shocked to say the least! It says a lot about a company the way it responds to unsatisfied customers, JOHN B. Please respond again and show everyone who you really are! Lol.
This is certainly the Big Dog Cake size, the Graffiti cake doesn't come in a smaller size version. This is exactly as the cake was ordered. If you order a cake last minute(which this cake was), we may not have black available. As seen in Graffiti pics, Black outline is not a guarantee.

Bella's first birthday cake perfect! It was exactly what I ordered and was beautifully packaged. Best of all my girl loved her cake! I barely got the pictures before she licking away at it :) There was some hiccups in the delivery but there is a pandemic happening. Their customer service was excellent and I am so happy that I've already ordered another cake. This bakery has gone above and beyond for us! They really care.
The cake arrived two days ahead of schedule and it is very cute. I have a peanut butter allergy, and I thought I picked a cake without peanut butter. My mistake for misunderstanding the product, but when I asked customer service about this, they expressed no care or worry about my well-being. I genuinely don't care usually, but if you were working with people who may be continued customers, it might be best to make them feel cared for as well as their pet. The cake is very small, but very well done. Please put work into customer service.
We ordered a custom made pizza party cake for my pup Apollo. They were so awesome to work with to try to determine what my vision was. We ordered it almost two weeks before his party and it arrived on the estimated day. It turned out perfectly and we received so many compliments! Apollo and his friends devoured it :) we will definitely reorder!
I got the cake the day it said it would be here (a day before my pups bday). My dog is a picky eater but he LOVED this cake. It looked really cute. My only issue was I forgot to take a picture of the cake before he ate it. I will order again for sure.

I ordered this i believe the date was novembre 2nd because the website states to order in advance in which we did. I received a message yesterday November 20th stating that I will not be getting my order and it would come November 21st the same day that it is my dogs birthday in which is ridiculous why would you confirm us if we will not be receiving our order that we purchased in advance on the date stating we would be receiving and what do we do if the driver does not make it by today on my dogs birthday. This is the 2nd time I order from you and sadly might be my last order. My dogs day is ruined because now we have to hope these people make it if they make it sadly all these delivery services have been unreliable lately. Thank you this has truly been an experience

I did not receive my cake when I was scheduled to receive my cake. I requested that I receive the cake the day before his birthday and did not get it. The next day was my dogs birthday... no cake. I spent 30.79 for cake I did not get and still do NOT have. My fur baby's birthday came and went and he did not have a birthday cake. I emailed the company and sent them a message on their FB account and did not receive a response. NEVER AGAIN!
My Siberian husky Apollo LOVED his cake. The ordering process was seamless and the cake shipped on time with no issues. Would definitely order again!

This is my second time ordering because the first was just so well done & my pup loved it! This time when I ordered I feel even tho i ordered the same size cake as before, it was a bit smaller, SO much messier (coloring everywhere, words not centered, thrown together really) & I got no "candle" my first experience was amazing! A bit disappointed today, but hopfully my pup enjoys her cake later! Hopeful that if I order again there's more care taken in the process since paying almost $50 for a cake & toy..

I order a cake for my dog. I wrote in the details how I want my cake green. I would have been satisfied with green writing. I did not receive what I ordered. I was subscribe to there subscription. I also ordered a month in a half ahead of my delivery date. When I received my cake it was nothing that I asked for. I contacted customer service. They basically said screw me we can't help or change anything it was my fault. I told them I wrote in the details what I wanted. They said we don't look at. So they didn't even read my details box and couldn't contact me back that I need to change the order. Refuse to fix the issue with an unsatisfied order. Don't waste your time! Order somewhere they put customer satisfaction first!

Hey Stephanie, we don't require a signature for delivery, i'm not sure why that would be happening. Either a fluke on UPS's end or they have some special condition where you live, i'm not sure. Tracking says they attempted delivery yesterday and again today. This could be that there's no safe place to leave a box of that size, i'm not sure, but that's what it looks like. UPS would have the answer.
