Our puppy's first birthday cake was such a great success! We ordered the graffiti print in the peanut butter pumpkin flavor - she was obsessed. The quality in which it arrived was 5 star and we can't wait to give her more pieces in the upcoming days. Even had a bite myself - very impressed!
I am on a yearly subscription, and my Scottie's cake arrived late. They emailed with no apology,, and put the blame on usps. When I stated I was going to leave negative review, they called my email a threat and canceled my subscription without any act for retention. They also said they gave me 4 years of dedication & went on... here's my reply to thiem... YOU GOT THAT BACKWARDS! YOUR 4 YEAR'S OF DEDICATION... IT WAS MY 4 YEARS OF LOYALTY. I PAID YOU! YOU'RE CONFUSED, YOU DIDN'T DEDICATE YOUR TIME & SERVICES FOR FREE. YOU NEED TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE: PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENCE & PEOPLE 1ST ATTITUDE - VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS. I followed the directions on the website when I ordered a cake. It arrived days earlier than it was supposed to. Based on the website and the tag that comes with the cake, it has a shelf life of 2-3 days. When I wrote O&M to explain to them that the cake wouldn't be good for when I needed it and I had followed the websites instructions, they didn't care. I asked for a refund. They said no, then stated that the cake has a 9 day shelf life and that they would no longer respond to my emails. I definitely would not recommend them.
The cake was delivered a day early and it looked amazing. My 3 dogs are picky but they absolutely loved this cake. Everything was great quality and I love how they get a hat, as well as a dog tag. They were great to work with and I will be ordering from them again.
As excited as I was to order a cake from here for my pups first birthday, I was met with a ton of disappointment. I placed a order on 3/25/2021 for a cake. The website suggested that it would make it in time for my pups first birthday on the 3/29. I received a text from this business a day before suggesting shipping issues. Really? A day before the cake is needed. Now I have to scramble to find another way to get a cake for his celebration. This company blamed me for all errors and didn't care to make any accommodations. This company only cares about YOUR MONEY! The don't have an ounce of consideration for your pet, you, or their birthday. They are heartless and have no compassion. They even suggested that I pay more for canceling the order. Wow. I feel obligated to write this to help others avoid the same disappointment. I will never patronize this business again. I suggest you look elsewhere for a puppy cake.
Update: The company is also a liar. I order on 3/25 for 3/29. I did not put an order in for a cake I needed the day of. They didn't contact me letting me know they couldn't make the delivery date until 3/28! How unprofessional is that. I attached the text message exchange. Take what you like from it. I still will never recommend!
Customers: please do not leave your item in cart for so long that the day you purchase it is the day you need it. That is not possible. This customer left a cake in cart for a week, then completed the order requesting delivery for March 25 ON March 25 even tho the item requires 2 days shipping.

When our order was delayed due to weather (nobody's fault!), I emailed O&M to inquire about picking it up from them directly since we are based in Nashville. Not only did they reply promptly but they offered to hand deliver a fresh, backup cake for our girl that very day! The original cake ended up arriving only a day late and was still fresh - both designs were absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend Okra & Molly for any reason to celebrate your pup!
We ordered our cake for our girls 7th birthday. Not only was it exactly what we wanted but it was also speedy considering we are in the middle of a historic snow storm unlike anything we have seen in 3 decades. Nothing stops these people from providing the most beautiful cakes for our pups. They really love what they do and they do it well.
We have 4 dogs, 1 of whom is very picky & another other suffering from dementia. He has difficulty at times with eating. Well, this cake arrived and hallelujah. All 4 dogs loved it, especially Mr. Picky and our lad with dementia. He hasn't licked the plate clean in a long time. He sure did with the peanut butter and apple pupcake. Brought tears to our eyes. What a monumental success. We will be ordering again. Thank you for making this winner.

I ordered the cake to arrive 2/12/2021. It is 2/15/2021 and it still hasn't been delivered. I reached out via email (because that's the only way to contact them) and got a generic message that didn't answer my questions at all! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Worst and most rude customer service. Cake arrived 2 days late and there was no apology or compensation. The response I got was, "it's not our fault" "we don't make decisions for you." Not only did the customer service suck, but my dog was up ALL night with explosive diarrhea, shortly after eating only a small piece of her "cake." Garbage company. Don't buy.
Correct. We offer several warnings on the site NOT to order delivery for the day you celebrate with the cake and we warn that USPS is seeing several delays. You are free to choose the shipping service that you see fit, and O&M is not responsible for your decisions.
Thank you so much for making our Shelby's 2nd birthday so special. We celebrated our 6 months gotcha day and our first birthday together as a family. She loved the peanut butter cake and we will order again. Such a beautiful cake.
My first time ordering from this company very responsive to my emails sent the cake out early and thank god they did because ups was delayed a day which was fine because his birthday party was on Saturday it was exactly what I ordered with the exception of his age but that was my fault bad mommy but they loved it a dog that doesn't even like cake an treats which is weird loved it so yup I'll be back happy 91st birthday to Brownie
I ordered a first birthday cake for my pup. I selected the delivery date to be Friday since I knew I needed it for Sunday, I was concerned with the snow storm that I wouldn't get it in time but in fact I received it today (Thursday)! I am so very happy with how the cake turned out and can't wait to celebrate with it on Sunday! I will definitely be ordering from here again!
I was able to order my first two birthday cakes with ease. The cakes were beautiful and the doggies loved them. The 2nd experience ordering a 6 month birthday cake was not a good experience. I didn't end up getting what I really wanted and it was just difficult process that took about 10 emails to partially resolve.
My dog has a food intolerance, but this cake was a great option. Well worth the price and came with a cute new name tag i was not expecting. Will buy from again for sure!

As stated several times on the site, cakes are good for at least two days after delivery, regardless if they arrive early or not. Cakes are baked for YOUR delivery date. Please read the site before throwing your dog's cake in the garbage.
