I ordered a full length mirror and it arrived with in 4 days from FedEx and the minute I picked up the box you can here the mirror was shattered. Open the box slightly and took pictures and put in for a return and replacement. The company refunded my money immediately and sent out another mirror. It came fast and was in perfect condition. Very happy with the Company and would use them again.

I bought a headboard for my bed. It arrived ahead of schedule. It was properly packaged and all the pieces were there. It was easy to assemble. And it looks beautiful in our bedroom! I am very happy with the quality of my purchase and for the price I paid.

Arrive ahead of origional delivery date with out any damage or mishaps. Heavy boxes, well packaged. Was left in the location I requeated. I quite like the couch we got. Its perfect for what we needed and was easy to put together. Thank you!

After going back and forth for weeks I was told I had to return the desk I bought on my own dime AND pay a 20% restocking fee. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. Terrible company, they obviously aren't doing well when they charge that much to return an item.

This place is horrible they advertise their stuff on Walmart. Com. I recently purchased a platform bed because that was exactly what was advertised the description even said bed easy to assemble. No I have to pay over 100 dollars to ship it back and Walmart stands by them and does not want to help at all don't buy from this company you will regret it.

This must be the worst company in furniture business I be trying to return the broken Bed for over 3 months the keep asking for proof which I send so many times the not deserved my business and I hope the rest of people to read the reviews before the going to order from this O J Company is shame to take peoples money and the not staying behind you product. If you looking to buy furniture is don't worth to buy from this Co and get stress out for this big scams

I will never purchase from this company again. We purchased a Futon sofa bed which was 175$, and had to return it (it wasnt the right size). They don't provide return labels and a 20% restocking fee which is fine, but when I went to return the product it would cost me 320$ to ship it back. But my shipping was 29$

Bought item from walmart.com service by ojcommerce and received the wrong item. Ojcommerce requires me to pay for shipping to return the wrong item that they sent me back to them. They also state they will be charging me a 20% restocking fee. Dont buy from ojcommerce, but more importantly, dont buy from walmart.com that involves a 3rd party provider. Walmart.com is not like Amazon where Amazon services returns. Walmart.com does not service all returns and dumps you to the shady 3rd party.

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. My fellow shoppers, OJ commerce ripped me off. I paid 250 dollars for a mirror, when it arrived I was not happy with the product so I proceeded to return it.
I had to pay the shipping out of pocket witch came out to a whopping $94 dollars then they have the nerve to charge me a 20 percent restocking fee. So In reality I lost 150 dollars out of my 250 dollar purchase.
This company is a total ripoff... I will advise you as a buyer... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OJ COMMERCE... THEY DEFINITELY WILL RIP YOU OFF WITH NO REMORSE. Don't believe me? Look at the other reviews. I dare you.

I bought a $200.00 Christmas tree online through Walmart.com, the company is OJ Commerce.com. First of all they want a 20% restocking fee, which is $48.00, THEN You have to pay the shipping which came to a whopping $ 108.00 to ship back. Which comes to $ 156.00 for a $238.00 tree ( with tax) I could not believe it! What a rip off, they sent the wrong Christmas tree and they think I'm going to that much for sending it back! DO NOT BUY FROM this company! WHAT A RIP OFF! I will let everyone I know not to buy from them!

I bought a stroller via Walmart and apparently OJ Commerce was the one who shipped it to me. Stroller was too small, so I contacted them for return. To my surprise they dont provide return shipping label as well they charge 20% restocking fee. So basically stroller costs 50$. Return would cost 30$ and restocking fee 20% (it will be 10$), means they will refund 10$ from 50$ i have paid. You SCAM. Terrible Terrible Service. You are the worst!

Double charged Discover

I ordered 1 trundle bed. OJ commerce delivered two. I spent 1 week exchanging emails with them requesting them to pay for the shipping to pick up the extra that I did not order. Their company said it takes time to work through the process. In the meantime, my Discover card was double-billed. This has yet to be resolved.

I purchased a futon from them and it was not only the wrong color (brown instead of grey) but also defective as it will not lay flat as advertised. I could get passed the color issue but the arms will not even fold down and the back will not lay flat. When I tried to return it, they called me and asked me to send a picture of the item-not sure how sending a picture of the couch will assure them it's defective but sure. After I sent them the photo, they replied with an email with the stipulations below. The item is defective. I'm not sure how that is my fault and responsibility? Obviously it was assembled-how else could I tell it was broken? Scam artists. The materials are very cheap and the couch is stiff-not at all worth the price I paid. Big mistake.

A. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. For more information, you may review our return policy online.
B. All returned products MUST be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot take returns if products have been assembled or modified. All items will be inspected upon return.
C. If the returns department receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
D. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL

First time ordering furniture from them on 10/14. They processed order and took money from bank account AND SENT EMAIL ON 10/15 SAYING THAT MY ORDER HAD SHIPPED only to notify me on 10/23 that it wasn't in stock after all. SO APPARENTLY THEY ARE LIARS TOO! HOW THE HELLLL YOU DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE WHETHER OR NOT SOMETHING HAS SHIPPED AND SOMETHING IS NOT IN STOCK? FURTHER, WITH ALL THE INVENTORY SOFTWARE THESE DAYS, HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT IS IN STOCK OR NOT! First time ordering from them AND DEFINITELY THE LAST!

I called to ask about a couch and asked if it was in stock. I was told it was, so I placed the order on a Monday. My payment was deducted from my bank account right away. I called later that day to confirm the order and they said it would ship by no later than Thursday. Thursday comes around and I didn't receive a shipping notification so I called again on Friday. I was told my order needed an approval from the manager because they could not find a shipping service and that they would call me back and asked for my phone number. I never received a callback so I kept calling them. It was impossible to get a hold of someone. It seems like it is a very small company and they do not always answer the phone. Since I could not get a hold of them, I also tried emailing them. No one ever replied back. Then hours later I receive an email stating my order was cancelled. I then tried calling again from my husband's phone because I had a feeling maybe my number had gotten blocked. Sure enough, when I called from a different number they answered right away! Customer service is rude and unprofessional! They claim to offer "free shipping". However, I am thinking that if they can't get a good deal on shipping they will cancel the order, which is what they did to me! They shouldn't take people's money before actually shipping the item! They took my money right away before they were completely sure that they could ship it out. It was just a really bad experience and a waste of time! Customer service is non-existent. It was a nightmare dealing with this company. Do not purchase through them!

Thank goodness I went by reviews and ordered furniture for the first time on line. I could not believe it shipped the same day. Fast delivery. I was able to put the chair together myself (I am 76 yrs old female). I had given up on finding a swivel, rocker, recliner until this unknown company -- to me-- popped up. Everyone loves this chair. It is so soft and comfortable. The cream color is very light but that is what I wanted. I bought the Naomi Odelia Swivel Gliding Recliner at an AMAZING price. Thank you OJ Commerce!

Bait and Switch and shady

A few weeks ago I purchased a couch from them through Amazon because they had a great deal on it. 3 Days after the fact, they cancelled the order saying they were out of stock and the next day had the same couch posted for $600 more than what I paid for. Last week I called the company and asked about that couch and they said that had many of them instock. Clearly they didn't want to honor the price they gave me and wanted to sell it for more money. I called them to work something out but anyone I talked to obv didn't have the authority to do anything and the "supervisor" was very rude when I asked to speak with someone that could actually make decisions. They need to honor the original price with me and not be so shady
