Today is March 9th 2020 I am upset because I ordered a few song that came before the time they said it was supposed to when I open it up to assemble it it has a discoloration on the right side the futon is supposed to be an off-white White and it's not I don't know who I can call to try to get a refund or replace the couch but I do know that when I got home my free time was standing on the outside of my porch in the rain if someone could please call me back regarding this purchase I would really appreciate it. This year I ordered all of my furniture offline I will not do that again especially after spending my hardworking money on a few tan and it's discolored

We needed to purchase a replacement kitchen chair for our cabin in Tennessee. We visited a couple of stores in Pigeon Forge and did find a chair that was a close match to our existing ones, but the vendor wanted about $200 for the chair. So my wife looked online and found a couple of chairs on the Walmart webpage that looked nearly identical and ordered them. Both chairs cost about $120 which means we'll have an extra one when another chair breaks and they only cost us $60 each. When she placed the order, the webpage indicated that the chairs wouldn't show up for about 3 weeks which was OK with us. They showed up about 10 days later which was earlier than we expected. I opened up the box this morning and the chairs were packaged very well and looked to be in brand new condition with no scratches or defects and with all the parts needed for assembly. We were very happy this this purchase and the shipping.
Our bed arrived quickly and I'm ultimately very happy with it. HOWEVER - it had about 25 extra hardware pieces (some of which were literally not even listed on the instructions - just thrown in for the heck of it.) and it was missing about 20 pieces. So I had to go to the hardware store and spend $20 in nuts and bolts that SHOULD HAVE come with it. Irritating.
I got a bed for my daughter and it is absolutely beautiful. She loves it. The material is heavy duty and should withstand my rambunctious 7 year old. Very easy to put together.
Ordered a platform bed only received 1 of 3 boxes which contained 2 drawers inside the box and nothing has been done about this and they aren't willing to refund my money or send the missing items! Thank God it was only $120 but I should have known something that nice would be this cheap! They are a horrible company to deal with and are scamming people out of their money
I ordered a headboard through Walmart.com. Very shortly after I receive notice that it would be delivered on a specific date and approximate time. They delivered my headboard dropped it at the front porch. I happen to be home at the time so no problems at all. By the way I absolutely love the headboard!
I ordered a sink from this vendor through Walmart.com. Around the time the item should be delivered, I received notification that my order was cancelled because the item "was out of stock". However, seller was still offering the identical item for a much higher price so they apparently didn't want to fulfill the order from the lower price. Completely unethical...
Good quality! The futon frames were easy to assemble. The only issue was one screw was stripped so we were unable to use it. Both mattresses fit great and are comfortable.

Purchased a couch from Walmart through. OJ Commerence and the cushions went flat after two weeks use amd you can feel the boards underneath when you sit down They will not refund my money so I have to get my credit card company involved. Stay away from this ripp off company!

I ordered the dresser and it was delivered really fast. Everything was there and packaged very nicely to prevent damage during shipment. My son put it together for me in just about 3 hours. Looks beautiful and is very sturdy. Absolutely love it.
