Dead-ends encountered in ALL attempts to communicate--emails, calls to customer service. They simply don't answer. I really began to feel that I had been scammed and that I was going to lose my credit card money! They need to hire someone to respond to buyers and honor what the wedsite says they will do. With a B- from the BBB, I would leave this company to rot away or reform!

Sorry I ordered it!

Bought this thru Amazon. The bottom shelf does not have a clasp that will hold it folded so it's hard to store unless I strap it closed with my own Velcro. For that price, I thought company would love it but as it turns out, I am embarrassed to use it. Just one response from the seller would have been nice but 3 complaints never got me one.

Horrible experience with returns. The table was late then defective and I had to jump though so many hoops to get a replacement. They wouldn't let me return it without paying shipping and 20% even though it took almost 2 months to get a working table.

Very happy

After months of searching for a loft bed. We ended up ordering the donco kids louver loft bed. Oj commerce kept us up to date with emails of when our packages would arrive and we were told they would be coming in separate packages a day apart so we were aware. This loft bed is sold by multiple companies and oj commerce was the least expensive. Nothing arrived damaged and we had it set up in 3 hours (we also got the 2 bookcases and 3 drawer chest). We used a 5 inch mattress because our son is 3 and wanted to be extra safe so he wouldn't roll over. At night it holds myself, son and dog for story time before bed which is about 240 lbs and it is perfectly fine. He loves it! Would highly recommend this company!

After receiving an incomplete ordered in amazon we contacted OJcommerce who is making us pay for shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee. I tried to make them understand that this was their fault in about 10 different emails. Their answer is still that it's our fault anyway. They are treating me as it's my fault they sent the order incomplete

I bought a table on Amazon, they shipped it to me the glass top shattered. I sent them pictures and got an automated message saying that they'll ship me a new piece. I waited, and then got another message saying that they changed their mind. So this $250 table was thrown in the trash, with no refund.

The Rocker Recliner purchased is uncomfortable in reclining position, the seat cushion is saggy, and it takes me 2 or 3 tries to close the recliner (I am a healthy 58 year old Male.) I called about returns, and they said I had to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I am guessing well over $100 total. The Thank You email they sent me said "If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or service you received, we want to fix it. Please contact us right away at..." I contacted them and was told all they can do is waive the restocking fee if I buy something else at equal or greater value, but I still pay return shipping. NO THANKS. Not what I call fixing the problem. We are listing it on Offer Up to hopefully take less of a loss than returning it.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They sent the wrong chair 3 times and in the end didn't know how I could be refunded because I used a Walmart gift card. The manager John closed my ticket the first time, second time they didn't answer the phone for 2 weeks. 3rd time they sent the chair to my wife's parents house 20 miles away. All we wanted was a rocker before our baby was born. But here we are 2 months later and the baby is here and no rocker. If I could give this company a zero I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

This company refused to allow me to cancel my order moments after making it. They said the product was already on its way and there was nothing they could do to cancel the order. The product was shipping and set onto my front porch where it crushed my plants and flower pots breaking and killing them. Then, the customer service rep made it seem like they were doing me a favor by canceling the restocking fee. Shipment back to the store cost me more than the product itself. Overall, I feel like IVE BEEN SCAMMED. Extremely unhappy with the product, the company, and the run around. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

Awful Company

I had ordered something after their hours and tried to call and cancel. I couldn't get through due to it being after hours. So the following day I tried to call as soon as they opened and they claimed it already shipped and that I would need to return it once it arrived. So it arrived and is soooo friggin heavy that I cant drag it to FedEx like they wanted me to. I call them again and they say I have to pay a return shipping AND a 20% restocking fee unless its damaged then it would be 50% restocking fee. Customer service is unhelpful and I will never buy from there again!

I ordered a trampoline mat and it turned out to be too big. I filed for a return and was told I would have to pay for the return myself and a 20% restocking fee. On a $100 item this hardly seemed fair. Then they said I had to return the item in the exact same packaging it came in or it would be 50% restocking fee. Try refolding a 16 ft. Trampoline mat exactly the same way it came not fun. This company is not good to buy from even if their items are lower priced.

Poor Customer Service

I began a return process before my 30 days was up. They did not respond to my emails, only Amazons. And they closed my ticket before i could get through to someone on the phone. Do not push ext. 0 when calling. It only hangs up on you.

I can't believe it

I bought an Artic King for my bedroom and I love it. I have central air conditioning but it's just me in the home now so I'm trying to conserve.
I just got the new AK 12,000 and the plug doesn't work. I'm really upset over this.

-Nonexistent customer service.
-awful return policy
-no cancellations once they "print a shipping label" even though item days from shipping.
-They charged $300 more on Walmart site than their own and wouldn't honor their lower price.
-Walmart couldn't get them to accept the cancellation so they told the shipper to return the item to the sofa to the manufacturer's warehouse and ate the cost.
-American Express and Walmart are investigating this scam operation.
-DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
