It was the time and final price which after I got to the final point it was to late to revert to another company.at least it all worked in the end.

Add says 19.99 then you add vat 4.00 so 23.99 ok. BUT then you get bill 40.00 plus vat to unlock phone F----ing rip off.

Very misleading by the initial price and quite expensive otherwise a good service, just double check you're phones imei number!

Hope it will unlock me from my old phone cim lockdown. Though I still cannot connect with a new cim even though I have tried all the suggestions you included. I think the phone may have a fault which was the original problem with connection to the server, although the phone works perfectly on the internet. Can't understand it may have to get a new one?

Stay clear of this company. It's a scam.
Use another provider.
They lead you to believe that they'll unlock the phone for $23. But then they try to charge you upwards of $60.
The industry standard is about 30 to 40 bucks total. These guys will charge close to $100.
I wouldn't be surprised if they kept the $60 and did nothing too.

As it says on the tin... just follow the instructions, very, very simple.
This site WILL scam you. They do not mention the stages (in which each you have to pay a fee, £4.99, then £24, then £60, then... more? I daren't try!) and they know exactly what they are doing.
Avoid like the plague and just go direct to the carrier to get your unlock.
Initially they charged me £20 plus vat and it will take 1to 24 hours, but later they email me saying that my phone is very expensive and I need to pay extra £49 plus vat if i want the code, and it took them 7 days to send me the code. There's no transparency and hidden charges that they never mentioned before. I won't use them nor i recommend them to anyone.
After your initial payment they will request more money. DO NOT SEND THEM MORE MONEY.
If you argue with then enough, threaten bad reviews etc. They will refund you.

This company is dumping people of money. They arbitrarily keep on charging and then adjusting the balance. There refund policy is even a bigger scam. Please avoid them even if they offer you the cheapest price because they are a big impostures.
