Took my $23 and ask me another $75 payment. Money never came back to my credit card. Good thing i use prepaid CC. This is a scam. Be warned.
Be very careful I've been taken in they say it will cost you £20 to unlock your phone they take that money from you and then send you an email later on asking for more money between 50 and 70 pounds it is a complete con as you can get your phone unlocked for £20 most places and they put VAT on the £20 it's not included so beware do not use these people I have reported them as I very much doubt I will get a refund
Asks for review before I know the result! Process good but extra expense after the initial fee was very high. Unlock successful.
Asks for review before I know the result! Process good though
So cuffed can do it this way quickly and easy instead of trying make it to shops

I would look elsewhere as they suggest it will be £19.99 to unlock your phone and then 24 hours after receiving this payment they want a further £50 to provide the unlock code. They clearly know they are charging extortionate prices and use this underhand payment setup to hide it. Needless to mention when I requested a refund after the first payment they refused. Total scam.
You should maybe do some research. People have the same experience of waiting and then "Tom" messaging you back stating he needto enter code manually.
I would ask pay pal for money back and pay the extra $40-$50 for a reliable service to unlock your phone.
You will be misled to think that your device is being unlocked but in reality they are simply charging you £24 to do "NETWORK CHECKS" before further requesting extra money to actually do any unlocking.
A money hungry greedy misleading excuse of a service. Pathetic!
Experience has been good so far hopefully no surprises. No Surprises, however, it would be nice to have a breakdown for cost of the service.

They make it very unclear about the massive additional payments at the end, I'd been led to believe that £23 was the cost of unlocking it, only to find out that I needed to pay an extra £70 to actually unlock it at the end. I'm sure if I'd read the terms and conditions it would have said it in there, but it was virtually hidden to the user that there was another charge at the end, why would you fragment the payments, just be honest and tell us how much it is from the beginning.
I've now been chasing them for a response for 2 weeks and they haven't even had the decency to respond, fraudulent, cowardly charlatans. Take your business else where.
Very well explained for you to fill in to get your order done thank you

Clicked a Google link, completed correctly all data required and then told data was incorrect. It isn't. Their page from Google link doesn't ask for make and model of phone... so apparently thats my fault. Customer service keep sending standard emails and don't bother reading my email or accepting that if they don't ask for data customer cannot be held responsible
They reel you in saying they can unlock your phone for €23, then after that its a gamble where they can charge you up to €194 to continue to unlock your phone, and if you don't want to pay that, they WILL NOT refund the €23. They are not upfront with their prices, complete Con artists. Don't waste your money with these clowns.
It was not made clear that on making the first payment there was a second payment required, A £10 cash back was offered if a feed back was given which has not been paid. As they Charge VAT their VAT Number was not shown on their Invoice I have as them for a VAT Invoice or their VAT Number which they will not send or give out so overall the way they operate seems a bit of a Scam so I will not be using them again
Total scam company who steal your money then try and steal more a total scam company probably never unlocked a phone ever just steal money

Answer: 100 percent a scam; morally, legally, colloquially speaking.
Answer: No I would advise you to go somewhere else. This company is a total ripoff.
Answer: You didn't realize it because officialsimunlock.com didnt want you to realize it, at least until after they reeled you in with a first "prepayment".
