Walked all over the store trying to find something, passed groups of employees having social conversations and no one asked me if I needed help even when I stopped by them and waited for a chance to ask for help. Went into OfficeMax and everyone who passed me asked if I needed help finding something. Even walked me directly to where the item was!

I usually get great coupons online and in the mail from Office Depot. I love using their web site, it's easy and fast. The discounts just make it a bonus. And great customer service if you need to chat or call them.

Office Depot's printing services are easy to use. The associates are helpful and the prices are reasonable.

Just had an order arrive and it's not what I ordered. They are good about returning things but c'mon, get your orders right. Next time I'd just go to the local OfficeMax and not order online from them.

Few days ago my friend was suggested Officedepot.com for ordering office chairs. I have no experience from these types of site yet. Now I am very satisfied to that product from officedepot.com. They provide an excellent service for the customers. Now I am a star from my colleagues and so very happy to that.

For our school's needs, I used to order things off of Officedepot.com and have them shipped to us in Guatemala. Thank god, Office Depot does well with letting you know what's in or out of stock so things don't get delayed or shipped separately, creating more trouble for us with our shipping company.
