Office depot. Is a little on the pricey side but after experiencing staples website of disaster and unable to get cards and flyers, i went to office depot. They're on the A game. Office depot in Arundel Mills is horrible. Nothing prints And I've been burned twice. Then they tell you to call 1-800 number.

Every time I try to buy my list of supplies, Office Depot is always out of items I need and I have to drive to multiple stores to complete my list. I finally gave up and went to Staples.

I am a regular return customer. I like the rewards program.

I get decent prices and good customer support. Most items will deliver free to my home, saving the hassle of a trip to the store.

Purchased a printer, took it home, realized it did not have a fax feature. Took it back to the store unopened and they refused to take it back - within 24 hours of purchase. NEVER shopped there again. Donated printer.

OD has it all & a chair to sit in while you print it out.

Use to submit everything that I needed printed via the website and pick up from the store. Also purchased my printer ink from there until the store was closed. Now I have to go 38 miles to the nearest store. Would have given 5 stars had the store remained open.

When I need something for my desk I gong to this store because they have everything about office merchandise.

These people had the best price I could find in the area on the laminator we were in need of. Site mentioned that it was in stock and it was in the shop at the said price. Overall a good experience

One of my orders was damaged. I contacted customer support and provided evidence. They shipped a new item before receiving the damaged good.

Their product is high quality, kind of pricey, but the store is well stocked, sales every week, and very knowledgeable associates

Office Depot is a great office supply store. However, I do not shop there unless I have too because they are insanely expensive. I usually use them for items I cannot wait for that I might purchase on line. They do have a good selection of products and they do offer business services which I have had to use upon occasion.

Went to copy some paper work had no clue what I was doing. So gentleman who was working helped me out. Was finished in no time. Thank you
