I HAD GONE ONLINE AND TO FIND OUT IF I DELIVERED A CHAIR, WOULD THEY DELIVER, tHAT WAS A FEW WEEKS AGO. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK.
The employees are really well trained and looking to help you from the time you enter the store. They don't seem annoyed with helping you look for the product that is going to work for you. They also know about the differences in prices and quality.
Always the best price versus Walmart and others. Sorry Walmart this isn't a diss to you I just wish your prices were a little more competitive is all.

Placed a $1,000 order and received a multiple of wrong items and missing parts. Online customer service never answers. I also wanted to return part of the order and never received a return authorization. I'm stuck with these unusable items.
They have everything you need in a business that requires you to document all of the organization & transactions. Whether it's shipping and receiving or customer service related. My only reason to the 3 star's is that you will pay for what your needs are.
I ordered a folding table online. About an hour later I needed to cancel the order. Can't find the cancellation info anywhere on the site or the link to my order online. So I had to use their chat system:

Four hours later I called them back and got a cancellation number.
The next day I get an email saying my order has shipped.
I called then AGAIN and complained.
I was told to refuse the order when UPS arrived. I told the nitwit that UPS will leave the order at the door and it's not my responsibility to chase a driver down and refuse delivery.
After going into crazy $#*! mode, which always works, I got a full refund.
This is why I always buy from Amazon. No hassle, and easy cancellation of an order.
They are kind of pricey but when they have sales you can buy many office supplys at agood price.
It's sometimes quicker to order online and have them deliver to your business; so much more convenient than shopping in store. But, certain items come in certain packaging so if you're looking to only buy 1-2 of items may not be convenient and sometime item is not available at all online so you have to go to store. The link to rewards program easy to access on site and get info or copies of coupons/discounts to show cashier at check out. NO need to print out anything.
Office Depot has almost every item you could need in an office, from furniture to paper clips. However, it does pay you to research what you're interested in before going in so you won't be confused by an inexperienced sales person.
Good service. Purchased several supplies for my business for affordable prices and good quality but don't satisfied with the delivery. It didn't meet the deadline but I could wait, so it's okay
Great place to shop for Business supplies, even for your office they have allot of utilities you can keep at your office or business its great for allot of people that work in offices or own any kind of business, they have everything at very low prices affordable comfortable things. I always come here when i need supplies for my office also. Or for my kids school this is my first stop with no regrets..

Office depot in my opinion is a good place to get small office stuff done. I use it to do lamination, printing, sending faxes etc... Unlike other big box stores the staff is well trained and available.
I purchase items from the Nevada area. They always have a sell or reasonable items for 2 for 1 sale, the 10% off works well too.
Not many men know how to fix things but the one that do, go here.
