I bought a necklace with 6 letters in gold on their website. I wore it for 2 hours and it broke without force or reason. The clasp is trash and I have seen better quality on Kendra Scott jewelry for 1/3 the price. They sent me a new gold necklace after my graduation without charge and I wore it yesterday (the second time I wore it) and it also broke while I was driving. The quality straight out of the box is bad and very thin. The pieces and letters are not polished before they are sent off and there are small imperfections in the metal. None of the O rings are welded together. I used to make jewelry and I made better necklaces than this. I now was offered a new replacement, so $480 worth of their jewelry and I only paid $160... There is no way this company is legit if they did that without me returning the other two broken necklaces. I reached out to them again and I am hoping they give me my money back.

This is the most ridiculous company on the planet! Do not buy from them! I bought a necklace and when I received it, I realized I had one exactly like it. When I contacted customer service for a return, they emailed me and asked for a reason and a picture of the item! A picture of the item? Totally weird, but ok, I sent a picture. Then, I got another email suggesting two other options instead of a return. No! I do not want your other options. No! I do not want multiple emails about a return. A simple address to send the return and a credit on my credit card, please. And now, I'd like a postage paid return because two emails about a return for one small item is ridiculous.
I purchased a gift for Mother's Day from Oak and Luna. It was jewelry and they mailed it in a cheap plastic envelope in an obvious attempt to save money. They box arrived crushed and I reached out to customer service for help as this was a huge embarrassment. They offered no help whatsoever. This company is garbage.
Paid $325 for 3 necklaces 3 weeks ago. One item still has not shipped. I've contacted customer service 5 times via email and get the same canned response. No response - other than generic you have an order number. No phone number available to speak with an actual human.

This was my worst shopping experience. I ordered a bracelet for Mother's Day. Paid for expedited shipping. Never received a confirmation. When I contacted them by email (because of course they don't have a phone #}, they claimed they couldn't find the order. Of course, they had no problem charging my credit card for my "nonexistent" order. Despite repeated emails and answers to their "canned" questions, I have given up. Don't waste your time, dealing with this company. Their stuff is not worth the aggravation. There is definitely a reason their reviews are so dismal. No customer service, no goods, nobody who cares about their customers, no organization. Enough said.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company, pictures look great, quality is ABSOLUTE TRASH. Unfortunately I had something personalized so my only option was to exchange it or get store credit (essentially the same thing). I sent the item back and was told when it was received I would be getting a link to purchase said new item. Still haven't received the link and they confirmed item was received. What a scam!
I purchased a 14k gold chain and it broke quickly. They agreed to replace it once I sent back the broken chain. It's been almost a month since they confirmed they received the chain and I still have not gotten my replacement/refund. At this point I would rather a refund. This is ridiculous and unprofessional service. They basically took my money and the chain and I have nothing. I am going to file a police report on Fuad for this company as this cannot be legal.
Received a necklace from Oak and Luna for Christmas from my husband. It was in knots because of the lack of care regarding shipping. Moreover, the "adjustable" chain links were so small it's very difficult and frustrating to put it on. Oak and Luna addressed the issues by offering the opportunity to replace my necklace with another within a year as long as I paid any difference in price, and they would provide a return label for the one I have.
I bought a necklace for my girlfriend after she misplaced her other one. She ended up finding it not even 12 hours after I placed the order. They refused to give me a refund for the necklace that I no longer wanted nor needed. This is just a terrible company with even worse customer service. Please save your money and don't spend a dime with Oak And Luna. They're thieves

You should not order from this company if ordering for a holiday etc. They are based out of Israel and your order will be stuck at France ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE CEDEX FR and therefore your shipment will be delayed! Horrible service!

Paid $325 for 2 basic necklaces 3 weeks ago. Item still has not shipped. I've contacted customer service 3 times via email and get the same canned response. No response the 3rd inquiry. No phone number available to speak with an actual human. So pissed.
I almost cried with disappointment when I opened the box to see how thin and cheap this necklace looks compared to the $260 I paid. Technically they met the criteria of a 14 karat gold necklace but it is so thin and dainty that I thought the chain was going to break while removing the knot that had developed during shipping. The nameplate almost seems like pot metal or plastic covered with 14 karat gold.
Their email/text notification system is out of sync with their shipping. I held off on posting a negative review on their website to see if in fact I was going to receive two necklaces which would have offset the cost in my mind if the first one breaks. But today after receiving a sale email reminder, I checked and my negative review hasn't posted yet and it's been two or three days. That leads me to believe they are intentionally skewing the amount of positive reviews the website shows. Buyer beware if you want a quality necklace for the price, buy it elsewhere.
I have been trying to return a necklace since 12/8/2022 almost a month of back and forth emails. All I want is return information and every time I get the same response saying sendin a picture so that we can help you. 5 email and pictures later and still nothing! The return policy is 30 days for refund. I think they are waiting for the 30 days to be up and then have me forced to keep the necklace. I keep telling them there is nothing wrong with it it just really isn't what I expected. Honestly it looks cheap for the 130 price I paid for it. I can get something similar for 20 faishion jewelry. Anyways, almost 30 days in and still no return information. Communication is only by email and takes days before someone responds. This has been the most frustrating experience in all of my shopping experience! How hard can it be to return something?! I have already reported to BBB and still no response!

When it did arrive it was TINY ( barely the size of a pea) and I could hardly see the initial.
When I emailed about a return I was told I could only get store credit. Even thought it is NOT what it looks like online and it is a stock item. They claim that it is not. They "offered" me other choices which I am NOT interested in as I ordered this specific item and did not like anything else on the site.
They are reluctant to send me a return label which I have asked for twice now!

Not less than one month later, this necklace broke in my girlfriends sleep. The necklace legitimately snapped in half. Buyer beware.
I ordered from Oak and Luna expecting what I saw in the pictures. Minimalist, elegant and quality, but what I received was lighter and more fragile than plastic and looked very, very cheap. There is no shine. This necklace legitimately looks like it's from the dollar store and I don't know how to explain to my girlfriend that I spent $250 on a chain she'll never wear. I am positive this is not 14k solid gold and I feel utterly cheated. Reporting to the BBB.
The ordered necklace, cost 150 EUR, has never arrived! According to tracking link provided in a confirmation email says "on way" for 2 month.
Paid extra to get the gifts before December 22nd and to date (Dec. 25th) they have not arrived. Two days ago I sent an email to their customer service and received a very generic answer with a link to Fedex to track my package...the tracking number doesn't work! Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
