I ordered a necklace over a month ago. They shipped to the wrong address, when I finally got in touch with them (they dont answer emails, only Facebook messager occasionally they told me to reorder at 70% of cost or pay extra for tracking. Finally had to open a Paypal claim. The company asked me to close it and they would send my necklace, I said send and Ill close it. They said they sent it, but didnt mark it on Paypal so Paypal ruled in my favour, but there was no money on their account so they said they werent going to send the necklace (even though they said they had sent it). So no necklace and no refund. Scammers! International scammers.
I purchased a necklace from their site after seeing an insta sponsered post, Instagram and website looked legit so took the plunge. After waiting two weeks for it to be marked as shipped the address was all of a sudden switched to my billing address (different city). I hadnt input that address when I ordered it but I guess they got the address from PayPal. When I contacted them it took hours to get a response (in the middle of the night) and they said they will send another one if I pay 70% of the original expense or to contact the shipping company. But they didnt provide any tracking information or even what company they shipped with! I emailed back, Facebook messaged them, Instagram messaged them, and two days later no response and now the delivery date has been switched from june 1st to the 29th. Very shady. Dont know if Im getting my necklace, dont know if it was delivered to the old address. So save your money.
Answer: I purchased a 10k gold necklace and emblem for Oak & Luna and got it two weeks after ordering. It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
