DO NOT BUY - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I have been waiting for a necklace that I purchased for my wife from our kids for Mother's Day still! I ordered on 4/29 with guaranteed delivery.
I have received no update as to when I will receive it still.
I have received multiple emails with the same response saying thank you for your patience we are checking with Design and Products team.
DO NOT BUY - customer service is non existent and no phone number to call. I've been reaching out on Facebook, emails and even tried the parent company TenenGroup.
They won't refund me either!
I filed to BBB and saw four other customer complaints in their that they haven't responded to either. They have an F rating.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
Not to mention my kids are upset along with my wife. Just a complete mess and Oak and Luna could care less.

Item ordered: Pillar Bar Necklace, Rose Gold Plated, with custom engraving for Mother's Day.

Shipment arrived after Mother's Day. They guaranteed delivery but it did not make it in time. My order showed the "express shipping," but the package was sent using USPS First Class mail.

I never heard back from them after sending 2 emails. I got an automated response saying they would reply within approximately 48 hours, but never heard anything.

When the package finally arrived, the items were banged up in a standard padded shipping envelope. The gift packaging that was inside was bent, making it not worth the additional cost.

The necklace itself looks fine from far, but upon closer inspection, it had tiny scratches and smudges from the engraving job.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone. TOTALLY RUINED 1st MOTHER'S DAY.

I have the same problem as the person below. Promised by mothers day. Looks like the 15th. SCAM

I should no better than to do business with a company that has no phone number on line. So many other websites out there that I could have bought from. Not happy.

Lots of fake reviews companies do this on-line on Sitejabber. You can tell they are fake. Go to the Better Business Bureau site on them and leave a real review. BBB confirms that you are a real customer.

I ordered a necklace for mother's day, paid for guaranteed mother's day shipping and gift wrapping. I received a shipping confrimation from DHL that it was shipping the Wed before mother's day and would take 7 full days to deliver the product to my house by the following Wed (3 days after mother's day). It's worth noting, I don't live on the moon or some remote jungle, but rather a mid sized city. The company never notified me that it was late and they are impossible to get a hold of.

I was notified by DHL that the delivery time would be 4 days after mother's day and it would be in transit for 7 days.

I have purchased customized jewelry from other companies before and have been completely disappointed when they arrived. I ordered a nameplate necklace from Oak and Luna half expecting to be disappointed again. The necklace arrived very quickly and I was blown away when I opened the box! The design, quality and attention to detail were incredible! I have ordered another necklace and will be ordering more. You will not be disappointed.
