I ordered 2 necklaces from Oak and Luna. They accepted my payment. Then, Oak and Luna responded that they were unable to produce the name necklace I wanted and asked me to simplify the name. So I did. Then they responded that they were unable to product the changed name. When I asked for a refund, they said they they would only give me store credit so I can peruse their website for anything else I would want. I paid for a product. They could not accommodate the purchase twice. And now they won't provide a refund, taking the money for their own profits without delivering product or service that I ordered. That's fraud.
My husband ordered me a personalized necklace for our anniversary and it shows up broken AND 5 days late. I immediately reached out and got some BS automated response back. They always email you back late in the evening and don't respond back until late in the evening the following day. They asked for photos and their website even states that damaged items qualify for full refund if within 30 days. They keep trying to offer me an exchange of their poorly made jewelry or a store credit. I have filed a claim with my bank. This is BS! They need to stand behind their products AND what it says on their website! I have attached photos of their website and the necklace I received. NEVER will I order from this company again and I will be letting everyone I know to avoid them as well.

I own six pieces of O&L jewelry with another on the way. Three are pictured. Some are gold vermeil and some silver. They are all beautiful, well made and the older ones still look as nice as the day they arrived. I have always followed their recommendations in caring for them. In my last order pieces were shipped separately and things got a bit confused but their customer service responded promptly and they were so helpful and kind. My experiences with them have been extremely positive and I love my jewelry.

They do not honor their return policy as stated on the product page (right below add to bag) it says we offer 60 day returns... NOPE! They give you a store credit which you are forced to use on more of their low quality merchandise. Email response to question very slow. Would suggest shopping elsewhere.

They sell extremely cheap jewelry at a very high cost. I feel completely scammed. The fact that they don't give full refunds tells me they know what they're doing because they end up winning in the end. I bought a necklace with a customized lock for my wife and within 6 days, most of the rose gold plating was gone. First, it turned dark, then it flaked completely off. Looking at my wife's chain, it has 3 different colors, rose gold (or whatever is left of it), dark/dingy parts of the chain and the chain's original silver color. So it's a hot mess… and remember, this is like 6 days of her wearing it.
On their website, they don't provide a phone number nor an email address to their customers because i think they know everyone would call asking for their money back. If you're not happy with their product, they only give you an option to exchange or give you store credit (they never lose). They also have a disclaimer that they don't refund customized jewelry. Keep in mind that the only part that is customized, is the cheap locket with an initial on it, the actual chain itself, is a separate piece that has nothing to do with the customization process. Since the quality of their product is beyond garbage and they don't do refunds, I have contacted my credit card company for help and will be posting my experience on sites like these as well as complaining to the better business bureau.

The worst customer service ever. My husband ordered me a necklace for Christmas but they sent a pair of earrings he didn't request in addition to the necklace he wanted. I've tried to return the unwanted earrings but you can't email or chat with anyone online. You can only get store credit on returns but I didn't order these earrings so I want full credit. I finally replied to order confirmation email my husband received at the time of purchase and they responded requiring me to send a picture of the earrings (that I didn't order). They they responded (after days) that they would refund after they got the earrings back and I would be receiving a return label in 24-48 hours. No label. I emailed 4 days later asking for the label. No label. I emailed again days later asking for the label...you guessed it, no label no response. THEN, 2 weeks later my husband receives an Oak and Luna box at his office with a necklace in it! Out of no where! When you look at his account online it shows the necklace order at a cost of $0. I'm waiting to see a charge for this necklace that no one ordered. So I have a necklace and earrings that no one ordered and no return label. Joke.

I ordered a new necklace ($500+) and added expedited creation and shipping to the initial order. It's been 3 days after the order was to arrive and the status still shows "jewelry creation"? There's no recourse. No customer service line or contact info. Nothing but a text box to send in a complaint. YET, I've received multiple emails asking me to buy new items? I haven't received the FIRST one? If I do finally get this or hopefully my money back, I would never deal with this company again

Absolute garbage. My ring came completely scuffed around the stone; bent into a lopsided oval; the "M" is bent, and the color of cheap brass. Customer service was totally rude and basically said I was $#*! out of luck. I worked in jewelry for many years, and the fact that this item was approved is a disgrace. On top of that, they guaranteed the item would arrive before Christmas; which it did not. I'm most upset by their lack of customer service and willingness to fix their wrong doing. Find another company to spend your money on. This was a gift from my husband of our daughter's initial, and I could cry. I was so excited to wear her initial around my finger, and now I'm stuck with this. Pictures below.

Ordered Christmas gift for my wife who had a horrible year. Paid the urgent shipping fee to have it here on the 21st of Dec. Just got email that it won't be in until at least the 27th - but other comments on here have left me less than hopeful about that. Offered to "make it right" with $20 off a future purchase. Why would there be a future purchase? Making it right would be at least $20 off the CURRENT purchase. This has been heartbreaking for my Christmas with my wife.

I ordered a necklace for my goddaughter that never came. I received a notification that it was delivered but hadn't gotten anything. I immediately reached out to Oak and Luna customer service as I was to be leaving town for the holidays/my goddaughters bday party in two days-they for back to me 2 days later where I explained the time sensitivity needed to figure out a solution and then didn't hear from them again till 4 days later after I had also sent an email through my work email. I've requested a refund as I had to purchase a different gift for her and they have now not answered me for another 4 days which absolutely unheard of. I now have to go through the hassle of disputing their charge w mt American Express bc I doubt they'll ever get back to me and it's absurd you have to sit around for days-weeks to get a response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. There are so many other jewelry companies I've bought from that have incredible customer service and will get back to you promptly to figure out how to solve your issue. Customer service is what keeps people continuing to shop w them & I made the mistake of trying someplace new bc it was slightly cheaper.

Just like the many review's below, I've placed an order for a custom necklace and haven't received it. Tracking number is not updated. I'm so upset and I will be disputing the chargers. Oak and Luna should be ashamed and shut down. I will make sure to post in every social media site to not shop here. Terrible company with poor company values.

What a joke! Why pay or offer a "guarantee delivery" when you receive a random email saying - sorry not going to happen cuz we're busy, but here's a video! Plus, you'll love the product if you ever receive it, LOL.

I have submitted several requests for help in understanding the status of my order. The order was placed on 12/9/23. I received a shipping notice on 12/11/23. In reviewing the USPS tracking number, it keeps stating USPS is still waiting to receive the product from Oak&Luna. I paid for expedited shipping. This is a gift. I have no information or response to my repeated request for a response. The company was quick to take my money but provided no means for communication by phone to resolve this issue. If I don't hear from someone from "Customer Care" soon I will need to file to dispute this through my credit card and the BBB. Very disappointed.

So I placed an order on Nov 30, a couple days later it shows a shipping label has been created. 3 weeks later it still shows the same. Contacted customer service 4 days ago, still no response. They have no problem taking your money but don't want to send what you paid for. No phone number, no timely response, no product. Stay away! Glad I paid with a credit card, I'll dispute the charges if I don't hear from them soon.

There is nowhere on their website to actually file a request for a return. You click one place hoping to get a customer support form to fill out, an email address, anything, and it just keeps taking you back to the same general Q&A page. Very shady. Finally got their email address and waiting to hear back on whether they will accept the return for an item that is illegible.

Answer: I purchased a 10k gold necklace and emblem for Oak & Luna and got it two weeks after ordering. It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
