Terrible customer service. They take a long time to respond to inquiries. It takes A LONG time to receive the product. You can't return the product if you've customized it, even it it turns out to look terrible. I guess no quality control either. See picture below. I ordered a "3" charm necklace. The picture of the nice "3" is what I ended up ordering from another site after Oak & Luna sent me that tangled mess and that thing that is supposed to be a "3" in the picture below. I just don't understand how you can be okay with sending that to someone.
Horrible service. I ordered a gift for Christmas and paid for express shipping. I even contacted them because i had a Feeling it was going to be late because they still didn't ship it.
My daughter received a necklace from Oak and Luna as a gift. It was very cheap looking and poorly constructed, so we email the company about exchanging it thinking maybe something else would be less tacky. I made clear in my email that it had been a gift, but the email about the exchange was sent to the gift giver. When I emailed customer service they apologized for the inconvenience "if" that happened. It seems they didn't even believe me that it really happened. And, it wasn't inconvenient, it was embarrassing! After multiple up and backs they finally shipped the replacement - and sent more emails to the gift giver. When the necklace arrived it was broken, and also tacky and cheap looking. The edges were rough. It was meant to read "Julia" but it is totally illegible. It looked like a camp art project. Literally, there is nothing positive I can say about the company.
I bought a necklace and the chain is too short. Customer service is hard to get a hold of. I just need a longer chain.

Bought my daughter a gold plated name necklace for Christmas and chain was all tangled. Took me about 45 minutes to untangle! Necklace is definitely flimsy and not worth the money or time it took me to untangle. Should have been thoroughly checked before sending. Very tacky of this company! Not shopping here again.
Ordered on their website on Nov 16th. It was never shipped. Started complaining on Dec 2nd. Got automated messages every 23 hours. Here we are on Dec 17th and was just told that they will get it here on Jan 6. When I told them it was a Christmas present, they said take it or leave it. Horrible. Horrible customer service.
I placed an order for a necklace for my wife's birthday on December 17th and paid for "expedited shipping." Item was promised to be delivered by December the 12th or 13th. I have sent numerous emails and used their "contact us" link and received no replies. Today is the 12th and the item has not even shipped yet! Now I find out that the company is located in Israel!? I am skeptical that this company is even legitimate. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs!
There are many websites that offer engraving for cheap jewelry but this has by far been the worst experience ever. I ordered several pieces of jewlery on black friday for what seemed to be a good deal but we later found it to be a bad deal. I cancelled the order within less than 24 hours and the rep emailed me back and forth 5 or 6 times trying to beg me not to cancel and still won't refund my cancelled order. I would NOT order from them especially since this is cheap jewlery priced way too high.

I purchase a gold heart necklace, name necklace and a herringbone 2 years ago they still have its color. I will always consider oak n luna.
My husband purchased a necklace with 3 inscriptions of my kids names. When ordering and selecting 3 inscriptions the only placement options offered were front, left, back. When I received the necklace I didn't like how one of my kids names was on the back and hidden while the right side was blank. After contacting them MULTIPLE times to ask if my order can be remade they refuse to assist me without paying a ridiculous restocking fee. This wasn't my husbands error, when he selected 3 inscriptions the website ONLY offered placement of front, left & back. The right side was never even offered. So disappointed with the lack of customer service and how they won't own up to the error on their website. Be VERY careful if you ever order from this company.

Seems this is a common problem. I have a necklace from them that I love and it was given to me as a gift so I have never gone through the purchase process with them. I bought a necklace for my best friend who is a new Mom and I added the expedited shipping because it said the necklace would arrive the day before she arrived so that would give it a couple days buffer. However, according to Fed Ex, the package arrived to them after the "cut off" and it was dropped off ON the last date quoted so basically it had no chance of arriving to me within the time period quoted. I sent an email to follow up and all they said was to check the order status. Super helpful. I asked to be refunded the shipping since the package is now quoted to arrived 4 days after the time window and there is no way I will now be able to gift it to me friend during her trip. And no response. Super disappointing
I've had this necklace sent back and replaced a probably 5 or 6 times now. Costs money to send it back each time not to mention it takes easily a month before I get my necklace back each time. I purchased the necklace (over $300) in solid gold so I could keep it on for extended periods of time however the chain is extremely dainty and always breaks. The clasp is also not easy to take on and off. The necklace is not worth the money. In my opinion it's very poorly made
If you're looking for a well made not flimsy 14k bracelet do NOT buy from them. Their prices are not cheap but cheaper than other well known brands however you pay for what u get. The finished clasp is so cheap and flimsy like i got it from Claires horrible. Next time paying a little more but at least it's substantial and u wouldnt question the quality or the finish of the hardware Major disappointment
Looking at the Oak & Luna website, you might assume this was a high-end business. There is nothing to suggest otherwise; Nice design, elegant and clearly carefully planned to be visually appealing.
My wife found this company and liked the prices, so we ordered a few pieces. This was the last of the orders, but I'm annoyed with this company. I bought 4 different pieces from them, but this one had a mistake. I found the order number from Oak and Luna, and reached out to them on their website, but no response. Nada. Zero. Its been over a month!
The necklace has three tags, each one engraved with a simple name, in this case, "Jane" which they mispelled as "June". Is it really that tough to write back and offer to correct it?
And interestingly, when I went to search for proof of purchase (per the request of this review website) I noticed Paypal listed the business as "Jewelry website" rather than the company name. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but its *possible* just possible, (who knows?) that listing itself as "Jewelry website" helps hide it from bad reviews, but that's just my annoyance showing...
Come on Oak & Luna, it shouldn't be this hard!
All I'm asking for is a response, and ideally a replacement; Not asking for a refund.
I bought myself and my tribe of closest girlfriends real gold nameplate necklaces. I bought six total. All six of us have had our chains break multiple times. My chain has sat in disrepair for more time than it spent around my neck. I spent somewhere around $300 on EACH of them for them to collect dust. I tried to do something generous for my besties and they're basically junk. It's so frustrating.
I just received my necklace. What a joke. So. Small initial not legible. I want to return. I am getting no response.
I've gone back and forth with this company trying to return 3 necklaces, they were purchased as a wedding present and the jewelry is CHEAP MINIATURE POOR QUALITY. It's impossible to reach anyone, they respond MULTIPLE DAYS LATER to an online inquiry and are trying to only offer me an exchange. This is absolutely insane and this company needs to be shut down, it's a complete scam. Here's their recent response to me

"THIS COMPANY IS OUTRAGEOUS AND OBNOXIOUS, THE PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE JUST CHARM PENDANTS, IT'S NOT AN ACTUAL PERSONALIZATION WITH OUR NAMES THEY ARE GENERIC LETTERS PUT ON A CHAIN! ITS UNACCEPTABLE I WAIT TWO OR MORE DAYS FOR YOUR RESPONSE AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T SENT A RETURN LABEL. I WANT A FULL 100% REFUND TO RETURN ALL NECKLACES PURCHASED. THE PERSONALIZATION YOU'LL BE REFUNDING ME IN FULL SINCE THEY ARE LITERALLY LETTERS YOU CAN TAKE OFF AND REUSE! GIVE ME A RETURN LABEL NOW. I'LL BE TAKING THE DAY TO POST REVIEWS WHEREVER I CAN TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS CHEAP CRAP PRODUCT AND THIS PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered a necklace over a month ago. Hasn't shipped, the company after multiple attempts doesn't even respond with an estimated ship date, and they have no customer service number. I am contacting the better business bureau and letting everyone know not to shop here. A 200 dollar necklace hasn't been received or shipped and all I got offered was a 15 dollar credit towards a new order. Like I would ever do that. Pathetic. Will blast them to everyone! Hope their business tanks. Stay away. Buyer beware!
I placed an order on 9/7/2022 never received an email confirmation (order number) and I have sent 4 emails this week and have not had a response. I need a refund asap! Answer: I purchased a 10k gold necklace and emblem for Oak & Luna and got it two weeks after ordering. It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
