Absolutely worst experience with merchandise. Looks like it came straight from a bubblegum machine and defective. Purchased a necklace and within 48 hours was broken. Piece just fell apart. Requested replacement and they sent the broken item back to me. Exchange item for second piece looked even worse. Had to go through CC for credit.
I purchased an item from Oak and Luna which arrived faulty. Given that the product was defective, I requested a refund of the full purchase price as agreed by the company and followed their return process as instructed. The item was successfully received by them on March 4th, with signature proof of arrival. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have completely ignored my emails and have yet to issue my refund.
After researching, I found that I'm not the only one, many other customers have reported the same issue of being ignored when requesting refunds for faulty products. This is completely unacceptable and unethical business practice.
I will be escalating this matter to Australian Consumer Affairs and the media. If you're considering buying from this company, think twice. Their lack of accountability and customer service is shocking. Avoid them at all costs!

I have been in contact with Oak and Luna for over a week now trying to sort out a faulty product. I received a necklace that was customised for Christmas. I have worn it for perhaps 2 weeks of that time. I have never had it in water or near perfume, moisturisers etc. It is overly worn and has scratches on it, and I am really quite upset about it, as it is no longer nice enough looking to wear it. They would not offer me a refund. They told me that it's outside of their 30 day policy and because it's customised it's too bad basically. They offered to send a replacement, but I am not happy for this because I am sure the next one will be the same. As I doubt they have changed materials and quality since December last year. They are incredibly rude to deal with and I could not encourage people more to steer clear. The products aren't ridiculously expensive but they aren't cheap either and it's not worth it. You can't have a keepsake that doesn't last.

I highly recommend not ordering from this company. I received a piece of jewelry from them with the tag initial necklace for $120 and it was a brassy orange color. It looks as though it came from the $1.00 store. Customer service also very disappointing

I paid for express shipping (most expensive) in order to receive my item days before Valentine's Day. They guarantee it on their website and did NOT deliver. I wouldn't have wasted my money on this garbage company had I known they would screw me over to leave me without a gift for my fiance on our wedding day. I wish I had read all the reviews about their $#*! customer service, terrible quality and constant delays in shipping.

I ordered a piece of jewelry from Oak and Luna for my daughter, who is traveling abroad for five months. They assured me it would arrive on time before she left, even with expedited shipping. Unfortunately, they failed to meet this promise. It's breaking my heart that I can't give my daughter this gift before she leaves. No parent should have to disappoint their child like this. Ordered a necklace for grand-daughter Christmas gift on mid-November. Delivery date was promised for December 12, which was later changed to "1-3 business days" later, twice. Customer service then said it would definitely arrive in time for Christmas. Then, when it didn't, they said if it didn't arrive within 2 days, it would be declared lost, and a final solution would be discussed. Necklace has still not arrived, and they have stopped all communications. Stay away from this company!

I will never shop with them again. Will never admit they are at fault. Won't even send you a promo code for a future purchase to try to keep you as a customer when they know you are unsatisfied. GREAT business practices.

I ordered a customized bracelet and it would not fit even my teenage nieces tiny wrist. If it doesn't fit her (it was way too small), it would literally only fit a toddler. Oak and Luna refused to send an extension but wanted me to spend yet another $30 for an extension to make the already overpriced $120 bracelet wearable. Absolutely do not buy this brand.

I ordered one of there necklaces almost 2 months ago and it still hasn't come in. They told me it would be here over 2 weeks ago and no all I'm getting emailed back is automated messages. It's extremely frustrating I would not suggest buying from here.

Buyer beware of their Christmas Guarantee promise. It is at best misrepresentation. They are not forward facing on any of the their communications on the limitation of this so called guarantee. I order a set of earing in good time. On the payment page there was an estimate delivery date range before Christmas Day. A couple of days later they glibly informed me that they were now looking at delivery and few days after Christmas. The item was a Christmas gift, not an after Christmas gift or a New Year gift. I bought with them because all of their communication GUARANTEES delivery. Their comp was 20% off another purchase, some worthless trinket for free or a credit - BUT - despite not delivering on their promise WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. It is a truly disgrace and I suspect dishonest company. As I said at the start BUYER BEWARE! I will be complaining to the Ontario Consumer Protection folk https://www.ontario.ca/page/taking-action-your-consumer-rights and if anyone is reading this that has had the same experience I suggest that you do too.

Oak and Luna get an F from the Better Business Bureau. Not as advertized, low quality, poor customer service. I saw an ad for Oak & Luna in the New York Times. Order a name necklace for my daughter, upgraded to 18K gold for about $300. Stunned when it arrived---came in a cardboard box. When I opened it it was teeny, tiny---nothing like the "neck" images on the website. The chain was teeny, and tied in a knot that could not be undone. I still was not worried much because there was a warranty. Then realized the warranty is only for a store credit. I will return, hopefully will get the store credit--but, be warned.

Please don't buy from this company. I really wish I read these reviews before I bought. My custom necklace that I spent over $400 on is "lost in the mail" and now I'm realizing they must have messed up my package slip. Canada post said it is a lost package and the sender needs to file a claim… while the sender (oak and Luna) claims it is still on its way. Please just don't buy from them.

Ordered a necklace from Oak and Luna as a gift. Received a random package with the my shipping label on it. Label was barely attached. No necklace inside. Contacted USPS about it but it was clear Oak and Luna did not properly adhere the label to my package. Attempted to contact them, and they don't have a phone number. Sent several emails through their website, all I got was automated responses. No human contact.

Answer: I purchased a 10k gold necklace and emblem for Oak & Luna and got it two weeks after ordering. It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
