I have been using NZSALE now since it's inception. My ex-partner and I were VERY early adopters. We first started using OZSALE and having parcels sent to friends over there to forward on to us. Then the domestic site opened up, and we didn't hold back.
It has been about 5 years now, where I could honestly say that about 95% of my wardrobe has been supplied and updated, and then re-updated, via NZSALE. It's got everything, from corporate, to casual. Footwear, sunglasses, accessories... I even buy my toothpaste from here.
It sounds like I'm writing a paid advertisement for the site. But I'm not. I genuinely am sitting here at work writing this, dressed head to toe in clothes from NZSALE. Socks, shoes, belt, even my underwear. The only thing on me not from this site is my watch - and I've seen the exact same one listed on NZSALE since I bought it!
As you might be able to tell, I don't really have any complaints about the site and their service. If there was anything, I guess I could pedantically point out that there is often a lot of items (mainly from continental European brands) which don't quite conform to traditional sizing. But NZSALE will happily take these back in exchange for credit. So I really have no genuine gripes.
Keep up the good work team, and I'll keep up my wardrobe thanks to it!

I have had a couple of faulty orders not at fault by NZ Sale, and a few enquiries. NZ Sale customer support team were very fast and efficient to deal with their responses and fixing product issues. I love shopping on nzsale been a costumer for a long time on and off. The only negative thing is the delivery won't turning up on the predicted days. Great costumer service as well. Overall I will definitely recommend it and have been recommending it to my friends and family.
All good from NZ Sale.nz. However I am concerned that the courier is leaving parcels in the letter box and not delivering to the door, which is what I'm paying for.
I find that sometimes. You have to wait a long time before you receive items you ordered. Also sometimes the sizing is out. Do hate having to pay to send things back when you know the sizes are not quite right Ends up you are paying for nothing
I have had issues with delays in returns - up to 2 weeks to process - this was even when I handed to return to staff instore. So when desired sales came up, I could not use my credit voucher. All my returns have been credited via a voucher - the issue was the long delay(well over 5 days).
The online staff don't personalise responses, they simply reply using stock standard replies, which is obvious and frustrating & occasionally they don't reply.
The selection of stock is good & generally returns are accepted with no problem.
The staff in-store are very helpful and knowledgeable - I go to Whangaparaoa and the staff are so helpful. It's just your online customer service letting you down.
The search facility online is great.

New customer on the website and have only just put in my first order so can't give a very in-depth review. But impressed with the range of stock and sales the website hosts.
I love the range of products that NZ Sale sells. They are worth the wait!
I'd buy more if you had more promos on delivery cost, which gets in the way of smaller purchases. Maybe even having 24 hours instead of 1 hour to get a subsequent item or items for free delivery would be an improvement.
Great bargains are often could be found on the website, however sometimes shipping times disappoint, as to no updates of extended delivery dates for example.

Getting what I want for little fuss and good value is becoming even easier. The range of products available is getting better and more extensive. I like how I can track the progress of my purchases too.
