Purchased a groupon for a charm bracelet from this company as a gift and I was in contact with the company multiple times a week wondering why it had been weeks and my order still hadnt shipped yet. Every person that I spoke with guaranteed that my order would arrive on time. Spoke with a supervisor who actually told me that if my order did not arrive on time than he would refund my shipping cost and I could keep the items and when it didnt arrive on time I called back and they refused to refund me any money unless I took the time to send everything back. Supervisor hung up on me as well. What a waste of my time! Worst company to ever buy from! Do not do it!

To make a long story short, they took money from me without producing anything. That is considered theft. Lesson learned. Their business practises are quite shady. Phone rings forever, man doesn't know what he is doing, manager on floor and not able to call back for 6 hours (!), unacceptable behaviour, no answers, and so on. Don't waste your time or money. By the sounds of it, I was better off not to trust these people or purchase anything from them... its all garbage.

Purchased quite a few products from Novadab. I am very very happy with the quality of the products. Quality is great be it watch or jewelry and did not loose the shine after exposure to water.

I contacted them after accidently breaking one of the hooks of my necklace (kids) to see if I can get a replacement... and the generous customer service replaced it for no cost to me.

I ordered thru Groupon; they said the product will be delivered in a weeks time I followed up again after one week they said it will 100% come next week; nothing came then I said I will pay extra for courier since I was to take the products with me as gift to the place I was travelling they said they will refund me money and will send the products so it can be couriered nothing came I came back from vacation (3 weeks) nothing so again I called for follow up they said they didn't send anything since I have to pay for shipping ( In spite of me paying thru groupon) which they never mentioned earlier. So finally I paid the shipping so I can get my 6 bracelets. We are on March 13th the initial order was placed on Jan 23rd, 2018; I still dont have products. I dont know how to react here now I have been told that it will come next week. Its some kind of joke... please be very careful dealing with them

So I ordered one love accent bracelet watch on the 14th of December 2017. I actually somehow managed to order two and was charged for them. No big deal as they were affordable. On January 18th 2018 I received A single watch and not the ones that I ordered. I made contact and was told that they just sent that one because the ad on Groupon was wrong, despite being on there for months. (Provided screen shots of the Groupon ad, my order, the voucher and my credit card statement) So long story short and after being told three times that they had been shipped and all kinds of back peddling and bull$#*! contradiction and lies. I finally received my watches on tbe 22nd of February 2018. More than two months after I ordered them. On the upside I got to keep the one they sent me JUST BECAUSE, THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. FYI... if the watch I ordered and finally received two months later is for woman! Then how come it's too big for every guy I know? The Hulk could wear it!. Also... I don't know a single East Indian male named Neil Williams. And I know a gazillion of them. Not a racist.
