POOR quality and TERRIBLE customer service! I purchased a Groupon for sunglasses and received 2 of the same color, which I did not order. Even though it was their mistake they would not correct the issue, They offered to exchange it if I paid for the shipping. I'm pretty sure this company won't be in business for long. It also caused me to never buy a Groupon again, their customer service over this issue was just as bad. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice... well I'm not giving you the chance!
I ordered 14 necklaces through Groupon and Novadab wanted to charge me 97.00 for shipping at first! Oh they did give me a 13.00 discount, so it would have been $84. Unbelievable... I cancelled the order with Groupon.
The bracelets that I received were damaged, but the were replaced in a timely order... I'm HAPPY.

I ordered a necklace/earring set on Groupon from this company in December, 2018. I finally tried to cancel my order the end of April, 2019 when I still hadn't received the product. Wouldn't you know, it came in the mail a few days after that and it was GARBAGE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Good quality. Authentic product as well. I own another watch that I bought for double the price but this one is amazing. Excellent look! This watch is awesome. It is a bit large, but that is exactly what I was looking for.
My granddaughter got better quality sunglasses with her Barbie doll! I've requested info on how to return these for a refund. Haven't gotten a response yet but I remain hopeful. This is not even a case of you get what you pay for -- it's worse. I have seen better quality sunglasses at the neighborhood dollar store.

I do not like to take expensive jewelry when we travel so this pearl necklace, earrings and bracelet looked like a perfect alternative at a reasonable price. NOT NOT NOT! The lobster claw broke the very first time I tried to wear it! The return policy MAY be OK, but I don't think I should have to return something before I even had a chance to wear it.

This company is absolutely awful! I have had nothing but problems with them and Groupon won't help as they tell me that my groupon has been redeemed and so I have to deal directly with Novadab. I had to go round and round with Novadab as they didn't want to honor my free shipping. Once I finally got that taken care of the order took several weeks to arrive only to open it up and see that they sent me the wrong necklaces!

I bought a groupon for 2 holiday necklaces from NOVADAB. I ordered them as Christmas gifts on December 1st I just received word, today December 31st, that they are finally shipping! Almost 1 month after ordering! And needless to say, they are not arriving in time for Christmas. I also wrote to the company 4 times and finally after I threatened to contact the BBB they sent me an email saying it has been shipped. I asked them to refund me and less than 24 hours later I had a report of a fraudulent charge from NY where they are based off over $350. Thank goodness my credit card company denied the charge and reported to me immediately they suspected the charge was fraudulent DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM! I WILL BE POSTING THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

I had emailed on 12/3 asking when the order would hsip and received a response saying it would ship the week of 12/3 and offered me a discount on my next order of 80%. At that point I realized I'd been taken. It shipped 12/20 and I still haven't received it.
On my order it showed it priced at $34.99 (groupon price).
Today on the website it's stating it sells for $180 but the sale price is $8.99.

Over 1 month ago I ordered the holiday necklace. I feel as if Novadab is a scam. I'm thinking that they used Groupon to sell the left over holiday/seasonal stock. I was never notified of any back orders. When I emailed them it took over a week to reply and the said my necklace should ship. Over a week later... still waiting. I emailed again and even reached out thru Facebook. Today I sent a 3rd email. I feel they should ship this at no charge. I am a Mrs. Claus and really wanted this to accent my outfit.
