I ordered friendship bracelets but only got 3/4 at first. Mine was the one missing so i wasn't worried. I waited over a month, still nothing. I followed up, and they said they would ship again. I appreciated that (1 star) I received mine, I was incorrect. Missing some charms, wrong birth stone, no initial as stated. Stupidly on my part i tried to order a bracelte with my name on it. Had troubles with getting the right payment on it as i used a groupon and shipping was like 30 bucks (the others i only paid 9.99) i tried getting assitance with no avail. Wasted money and time. Our friendship bracelets all broke. Not happy but life goes on. Would not recommend unless you like to waste money

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, redeeming a groupon voucher. After 2 weeks, I emailed them (and got a response after the second try), to find out that they had an "invalid shipping address". Thanks for letting me know(!). I gave the correct shipping address and still it hasn't been shipped. I've emailed them two more times asking for it to be expedited or refunded because I needed it for a Christmas party gift. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I can't review the item, because I have yet to receive it!

Where do I start? Well, I purchased a bracelet from Novadab in 2017 for a great price on 2 for Christmas I called numerous times, I finally received my purchase 5mths later. I was offered a piece for free, I never received it. Read and trust the reviews the shipping is ridiculous the quality of the charm was great but now I have to wait until 2018 Christmas to give them out. I will never purchase from them again. I debated with posting this but I want to warn customers novadab is misleading and you may receive your items very late so have a back up plan if you are buying them as gifts.

1st, you buy a groupon for $12 only to find out you have to spend another $18 for shipping. 2nd, you receive the glasses, they are cheap looking and 1 pair is too big, 3rd contact company who sends a replacement, replacement is broke and not usable 4th contact the company again and they say they'll send replacement, 5th call company after 6 weeks to ask where is the replacement... SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I certainly don't understand why the people are outraging this site. I have placed six orders with the site till date and never faced any issue. In fact, two of my orders were got delayed but I got a prompt response from their customer support confirming the low stock. Moreover, I got a complimentary gift from the company on account of delay in delivering my two products. What else could one ask for more? I am well-satisfied with its product quality and great services.

I usually prefer smaller jewelry pieces, especially when it comes to pendants on necklaces but I love this black rose petal necklace! The design of this necklace is so unique and elegant. This necklace is made from a long silver chain that holds a large black rose with sparkling crystals and two smaller black roses hanging down on an additional silver chain.

Loving this new boho style beaded bracelet I got! So cute, easy to put on wrap design, and comfy! Lots of compliments on it already!

I was excited to happen upon this line. I ordered 8 bracelets (as end of year teacher gifts) and was very surprised when I received my package at how wonderful they were in person. There was one incorrect bracelet and was told to simply email them the details and I would be sent the correct bracelet. I was pleasantly surprised to have a response immediately and am looking forward to getting my last bracelet - I will recommend and use them again!

I purchased sun glasses on April 30th. I paid the Groupon fee and then a separate shipping fee after being directed to novadab, worst mistake ever. I called everyday only to be on a 20 minute wait if not longer then finally ends in being hung up on. I chatted with someone only to be told that the item I bought was not in stock. So they let me purchase an item they didn't have. Most websites tell consumers what items are in stock or out of stock. Do I basically paid for sunglasses I won't get and novadab pockets my money. Sounds like theft if you ask me. No One should ever use this website ever!

I see many negative reviews on here, but I have never had a bad experience with Novadab. I encountered an issue recently, and I contacted them directly through their website, like I would any other company. I received a response in the same business day, and my issue was resolved immediately!
I have purchased many items from Novadab, and I love everything I've received! Their pieces are beautiful, unique, fun, and great quality! They have a lifelong customer here! Their offers and discounts are far superior to other sites, but their prices are very reasonable even without special offers. While I first discovered them through Groupon, I signed up directly with them, and I am a very happy customer! Thanks, Novadab!
