I ordered 2 novo stoves and they came pristine. I ordered two double wall chimneys and they can in damaged. I am still waiting to hear back about those.

Our "lifetime" original grate made of wrought iron was breaking piece by piece. Our large kitchen fireplace is burning every day in our big farmhouse. I was so disappointed with the quality of the wrought iron one we had purchased only 5 years before. Placed the order for this new one. It was delivered in less than 5 days and we love it.

The stove came faster than expected and in perfect condition. It was well packaged in a sturdy wood box. Have not yet ran the stove pipe for the first burn but greatly looking forward to doing so.
