It took a lot of thinking, but I thought it went well, your customer service was helpful, the one thing that was a little frustrating was that I had an offset of about 8 to 10" from stove flue outlet, which is center of stove to where I needed to go in order to be centered between rafters and all the instructions and video's does not cover offsets, I was sent over to the experts and their chart only showed 45 degree elbows which really doesn't cover such a small off set so I had to estimate the lengths of sections of pipe I needed so I went with the kit for an 8' ceiling install, will see how it goes? I've decided to wait on ordering the class a double wall chimney pipe until I get to that point, thank you for everyone's time.

I paid extra money for next day delivery of a fireplace rug. North line Guaranteed that the package would arrive the next day. I paid for next day delivery. The rug didn't arrive the next day, but the day after. I spoke with rep from company and she said they can't guarantee what the carrier will do. So I asked how can you guaranteed next day delivery. I shouldn't of been charged a next day guaranteed delivery, but I was. Not very happy with the process.

Had an issue with a chimney cap that was built out of spec. Called Northline and they promptly refunded my money and quickly shipped out a replacement for me. CS was very satisfying to deal with and I will be making Northline by go to chimney pipe parts store.
I had been searching locally at all of the big box stores for parts for my Fisher stove with a 8 inch flu nobody had anything but cheap thin parts that snap together I called northline Express talked to a customer service tech gave her my measurements and ordered all the parts came within one week everything is exactly as described great quality materials highly advised to use northline Express for all your wood stove needs but they do have a whole array of line of other products
The product description on the internet does not adequately provide accurate measurements. The proct is measured from the leg bases and not the grate; when I called to exchange and to get a different model I was told sure but I would have to pay for shipping back to the store plus only receive my purchase price back minus the original shipping and handling. All said and done I spent almost $80.00 in returning the item.
