As promised, the fireback came on time and in perfect condition. It is very beautiful, heavy and well made. Did not think I would need the mounting feet, but since my fireplace is rather small in depth, I did. I ordered them separately from Amazon, as they were much cheaper...and with free shipping. I've only lit 1 fire since installing it, but it seems to keep the room warmer for longer. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase.

Sales flat out lied to me about product… when at first I did not purchase they called me multiple times to try to get me to purchase. Flat out lied about return shipping I had to pay and flat out lied about a restocking fee lost 30 percent of value of product by doing business with them. Will never do business with them again and have reported them to FTC AND BBB.
