Package was in perfect condition when left on porch. We were not home when delivery was made so contact with delivery personnel.
Found what I was looking for though I am not sure it will work for my needs because of the lack of pictures of the product. No specific pictures of where the broom would connect to the handle. I needed threads. I assumed there weren't any, but it would have been nice to see a detail picture. The picture that was there did not allow you to zoom in to better see what was there.
Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. A good experience.

Below is what Northline Express indicates is their Guarantee. This is not true. We purchased the Spitfire Fire Place Heater. The product does not have enough air movement to keep the fire going longer than 5 minutes. Our firewood is 3 years old and clearly very dry. After trying for days, a number of different ways to keep the fire going. We found it just doesn't work. When calling Northline Express and speaking with Amanda, we were told that the fire stay lit was not their problem. And if we used the product at all it is not returnable. I asked Amanda how I would know if the product worked or not if I didn't try using it. She only reiterated that was not their issue. They actually expect me to pay the $600+ for a product that does not work. The product is bad and the experience with Amanda even worse. Don't buy, or trust this company.

Great company to do business with. What I ordered came in sooner than expected. It was exactly what I ordered. I had ordered the same thing from another seller and got a rebuild one. Which only lasted 3 months and the company wouldn't do anything for me.
Second big project using north line. They make it easy! Had a few extra parts afterwards that were not needed, but not worth it to send them back. Some items were damaged upon arrival as well. But that's the world we live in today.
