Northline has a good selection of videos to help through the wood stove install process...if you can find them. Once I had the pad ready, the install only took an afternoon. Only problem was after my purchase, Northline recommended an adaptor & I bought one only to find it wasn't needed. The return cost me $15

The paint was easy to order on line. It arrived soon after I ordered it. The paint made the stove look new again. It looks like I just bought the stove. The color is great.
Ordered products for chimney and it was canceled with no explanation. Called customer service and they explained that the carrier cancelled shipment.
