Apparently the phrase "in-stock" has changed meaning. I ordered $800 worth of chimney parts which were all listed as "in-stock" from this company on October 25th. Some boxes trickled in shortly after, none of which contained the actual chimney for my stove, just the accessories. Then I emailed customer service after checking on the status of my other items because they were now "back-ordered." (strange for "in-stock" items to suddenly be missing) Then I was told that my items would ship in 5-7 business days from the date of my email. It is now November 15th and that timeline has expired by a couple days. So, I call this time, and I speak with a very kind and understanding person who was the only good experience with this company. She tells me that she will do some digging and find out where the issues are coming from. Apparently my items are drop shipping from their suppliers and not actually coming from Northline at all, meaning that these items were never in their own warehouses, i.e. Not in-stock, never was in-stock, is not even kept in their warehouse as far as I know. This only mildly frustrated me, but I really don't care who ships it, just that it arrives when it's supposed to. Then I received the timeline of the delivery - 12/3/2023… I ordered these items 6 weeks prior to their shipping date? That's absurd. Never have I seen a company pass by a customer who spent several hundreds of dollars by brushing it off as their suppliers fault. No compensation, no expedited shipping, not a gesture. Extremely disappointed… and cold.
I now have two products from your company-the 12' firewood rack and a cover for it-both are excellent quality!
Products are great, but trying to talk to someone is difficult. Instructions on the telescoping pipe insufficient.
After trying 6 times I was able to speak to a delightful well informed and very helpful lady.

Every facet of this transaction was seamless and easy.
Overall I was pleased with my order. On one of the chimney cap retention tabs the spot welds hadn't penetrated properly so it fell off. Fortunately it happened on a trial fit on the ground. I had to drill out the cap and tab and rivet the tab on. Otherwise the parts were good quality and the installation videos on your web site helped tremendously. I would just caution to watch quality control.
The product was okay, the instructions were crap! And again customer service was crap. Was on hold for 15 minutes got disconnected. Called back on 10 minutes. Got disconnected

Beautifully made and works well. The leather strap allows for the bellow to hang with our fireplace tool set. A bit more exspensive than the on line cheapies but totally worth the extra $. Shipped and delivered on time.
At first I wasn't able to get the free shipping that was offered, but after calling regarding this issue an agent from Northline Express followed up on this and called to refund the shipping cost. I am quite satisfied with the great customer service.

Only problem I had was the item came in two shipments. The tracking number sent was for a fedex package but the email it came in showed it assosciated with the freight company. No tracking number for the freight. Freight company called to arrange delivery and after delivery there were parts missing. After attempting to call about the missing pieces, I was never able to get through to a person. I waited until the Fedex package four days later (Thanksgiving caused delays) and it was the missing pieces so all is great. Just with I knew it was two deliveries from opposite sides of the country.
Placing the ordering was easy and quick. A person should not worry about if they will do what they say. I have nothing bad to say about the order process.

Ordered what appeared to be a stainless steel chimney pipe $300
Was invoiced for a galvanized pipe, which I cannot use with coal.
Canceled that, re-ordered stainless pipe.
Galvanized pipe showed up at my house by UPS, I refused it.
Stainless pipe showed up next day, driver could not leave it, scan said "intercept"
Reordered it a 3rd time, order sat for 5 days was never shipped.
Had to cancel and reorder from small ma/pa store in Tennessee.
Had it in 3 days. Need I say more?
Am now in process of trying to get all my money back through credit card dispute with Northern.
What is wrong with you people? Just close up and go out of business already

Website said 3 to 5 day shipping time, took well over a week to get one of three parts I ordered. Now we are going on over 3 weeks from ordering and I get an email saying my other two items shipped. The tracking number attached to the email is the same number as the first shipment and reads that it has already been delivered, and it has not.
