Im still waiting on my complete order to arrive. I expected it to take a while. I am pleased with the parts I have received. They seem to be high quality.
Purchased $1900 worth of chimney supplies to complete a job for a customer who relies on their wood stove for heat. It's been just coming on 2 months since purchase was made and still do not have all the supplies. Customer is irritated with me, understandably so, and still not having proficient heat in their home with temperatures dropping below freezing. Have called customer service repeatedly to no avail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM HERE. There are numerous other companies around that get your order to you within a week at the latest.

It was more than easy doing business with Northline and delivery was very fast. Will definitely keep going back.
As the first time buying from Northland I was very skeptical of what to expect. I needed all the piping and roofing parts for my wood fire oven. Northline had the best prices by far so I was concerned with service. All of the items shipped quickly which was a good sign. When one of the 60" double wall stove pipes was delivered the top of the box was open. After pulling the pipe it was dented up. This was a UPS issue not Northline but I didnt know how it would be handled. I called Northline and they told me not to worry, a new one would be ordered and they would take care of the UPS claim. The new item was ordered and shipping info was sent less than a week later. AMAZING service! The experience was so good that I checking out what else they sell. BTW, I never give reviews but this is def review worthy.
Don't hesitate. A great company to get fireplace products.

No fuss no muss …. Measured my stove … came across North line express …. Had exactly what I was looking for …. Looked other places non had the size I needed… ordering was easy … shipping fast
Still waiting for crutial parts to come in. No word yet. Now it's starting to snow. I ordered over a month ago. Having to inventory parts and do additional tracking after pay over $1700 for your product is not acceptable. Clearly you won't do it.

Unprofessional, left house a mess.did not wear appropriate clothing or gear and no appropriate cleaning tools. Did not put a cover around fireplace opening while cleaning and soot got everywhere. Never again
The promo I saw on the website said $10 discount for purchase $100 or more but my discount in the cart was only for $5. Other than that, everything was great - it was an easy shopping experience.
