The product description was accurate, and was delivered quickly. The only quibble that I had is that the expanded metal wasn't completely tucked under the lip at the perimeter of the top cap. A wrench and 5 minutes corrected that.

Not great. You changed my shipping address to COLORADO and after many days, Fedex in Colorado called me to ask for the correct address in NEW YORK! My order confirmation did not provide a tracking number, so I had no idea why it was taking so long. If Fedex had not called, I would have been calling you to ask about the delay. Bottom line, just provide a tracking number with your confirmation note- if you had, I would have seen the weird problem you had created.

The ordering experience was fine. Delivery was later than expected. We opened the grate and used it to find out it's not big enough for our fireplace. It's actually smaller than the dimensions in the description on the web site says. When I called to see about exchanging it, I was told it couldn't be because it had been used. I thought it was "satisfaction guaranteed". Guess not. We need one larger and one that is higher than what we got. I'm currently looking around for others.
I like that there were shorter options for pokers, shovels, etc. The long ones are too heavy for me... these are perfect.
