My product was received on time but I didn't receive the tracking number until a month later. While I was waiting on my product I checked their website for any updates in their system and it never said it shipped. However I did end up receiving it on time. The strange thing is I received a tracking number an entire month later which said I ordered the same thing but on 10/29. I ordered on 9/20. Worried something strange was going on and they were sending my same order all over again even though I already received it, I quickly checked the order number. Come to find out it was the tracking number I never received! FedEx website stated the package was delivered 9/27.
Order process was fast and easy. One stop store for all stove installation needs. Shipping took longer than expected, but overall, pleased with the end result.

Ordered an 8" ss woodstove tee with clean out cap, arrived in expected amount of time nice tee, I was just a fit disappointed wher bull nose comes off it just had a couple rivets, preferred weld, I tack weld several places and put 2500 degree caulk around joint where bull nose met up with straight in line, no biggie, just my little extra
Most suppliers have back ordered or some type of lead time on fireplace venting in my experience. Northline was no exception but I decided to try them and they happened to be cheaper then others and better then expected lead times. They also had good electronic communication throughout the ordering and shipping process.

Beautiful stove pad for a fraction of what the local stove shop wanted for essentially the same thing. Only reason for 4 stars was that the shipping company never called ahead to confirm delivery time- we just happened to be home that morning by chance so it worked out but this could be tricky for most people that work during normal business hours.
I order these a few years ago and love them. When I went to order last year, they were out of stock, and I would not have gotten them in time for Christmas.
Went online and had a variety to pick from and choose the blue canvas one and it does hold a lot and makes it easier to carry back to the house. He really likes it and so does my son.
