We forgot to order this item on our original chimney pipe order. We ordered this from NorthLine Express and got it surprisingly quick. Five stars for quick order processing and shipment.
Most of the information I needed and there are a good selection of products. I couldn't find a through-wall thimble for a 30-degree angle which I plan to construct with other materials. It's a non-standard installation but some you-tubers recommend it for some situations. Northline staff helped with appropriate cautions about the non-standard installation. I had one part that didn't come in and staff was VERY helpful and responsive to make sure I got the part in a timely fashion.

Everything was perfect until unit was delivered half assembled and damaged.
I bought this little log set about 20 years ago and it's perfect. Northline still makes the gel cans that go between the logs and makes the best visual for my small space especially on cold or nasty weather days. I love it.
