First one the product (Adventure water resistant pants) is a good quality at least now ( I use this one just couple weeks). But delivery took almost month although I live in Canada. Customer service mislead about price policy on the Black Friday...I did order 10 days before Black Friday, before to do the order I sent email to the company about coming soon Black Friday and got unfair information ( I could wait 10 days and got 25% discount on all stuff).

I really want to order more clothing for me and my family but the delivery status leaves a lot to be desired as cannot plan ahead for outings and activities.
Tracking works so well now with all retail so if you can fix this part then happy customers all round, I waited just over 5e weeks for clothing.

Love my pants. I had ordered two pairs last year and ordered an additional pair. Great for hiking/walking my dog in cold weather! Comfortable and warm! Also, ordered two knit hats for gifts..

Great materials and good design for the most part. The rise of the pants are little short, which seems counterintuitive for an our pant where you need some stretch and give. The rest of pant is built that...just not the rise which is weird.

I have ordered before and the product is well made and of good quality fabric. I wear them while biking in cold weather, while riding my ATV, and for early morning cold walks and activities. They keep you warm and are water resistant without feeling hot and sweaty.
The website indicates free shipping but consumers know it is rolled into the price, no big deal. I would rather pay a few bucks more for a common courier. Three weeks from Ontario to BC? Tracking is questionable, but that is not the fault of Northbound but rather of Canada Post.
It's a pretty decent product overall - warm, tough and easy to wear and wash..

Ordering and receiving the products was quick and easy. I'm concerned about the fit but we'll have to wait until Christmas morning to see about that.

Everything was great. I have placed two orders now. Super comfortable pant that I use for work and hunting and fishing.
Stitching let go in the crotch on one pair not long after owning, wasn't too happy over this. Hoping my other pairs don't let go in the seams

Bought 2 pairs of trousers, they are so much better than I expected having bought from others in the past, just took delivery of the bag which again is much better than I expected already had people asking where I got it.

Sehr lange Lieferzeit und völlig unverständlicher Kundenkontakt, da alle Mails nur auf englisch sind. Außerdem ist eine Rücksendung sehr kompliziert und kostspielig, da es nach Kanada retourniert werden muss und die Portokosten muss man erst mal vorstrecken. Bin gespannt, ob ich es zurück bekomme und der Umtausch funktioniert

I ordered some pants that are very nice but too big and the return process seems involved and I have to pay. Restocking fee so I just decided to keep them and wear a belt

The package took a long time to arrive, considering that I'm in Canada. Other than that my experience was great. The product that I purchased is excellent.

When I first put in the order, a discount code came up and it was a full 25% and then it went away when I went to pay. I settled on a 10% code, but I would have preferred the 25%.
It took four weeks for the pants to arrive. I was hoping to get them for Christmas, but alas, that did not happen. I had to reach out numerous times asking about my delivery before I received a response. They said that the pants had been shipped, but they couldn't tell me when they would arrive. They finally did arrive and the pants are nice and I like them. Customer service and delivery times were not stellar.
UPDATE: I have received an email from the company with an apology for the delay in delivery of my hiking pants. It was not something that I requested, so I am pleasantly surprised. A follow up like that is something that I greatly appreciate and am pleased to change my review to 5 stars! Thank you very much. As I stated earlier, I like the hiking pants and I wear them everyday while walking the dogs. They fit nicely, don't squish (they're quiet), and are very warm. I will not hesitate to order again from the company and appreciate them reaching out to me. Thanks again.

Easy to navigate website with great product descriptions and company history.
Very reasonable pricing… but shipping was very slow.

Pants were exactly what I expected but would have preferred 1/2" wider around the thighs and calves...more so around the calves. Warm and quiet especially in the cold weather.
