In meinem Iceland-Urlaub bei -15°C bis -5°C hat sie sich als perfekte Hose erwiesen: Flexibel und warm genug für eine Wanderungen über Felsen und Gletscher aber auch in Innenräumen nicht zu warm. Ich habe schließlich nur noch diese Hose getragen.

I placed an order Dec. 9 thinking I might be getting my wife something nice for Christmas in a couple weeks. Here its Dec. 20 and they just shipped it
It wasn't bad shipping and deliver was long, however that was stated before I ordered. Belt is fine, sockets are tight, very tight and I am a size 10 shoe. Disappointed with the pants think about returning as they are very tight through the legs. If they weren't able to stretch they already be in the mail back.
First order, the process was very easy. However, do to unknown reasons it was almost 4 weeks for my order to be delivered.
Now that I have rent order the pants preformed as stated. Spent the day working in 45 degree weather and my legs stayed warm. Very comfortable for all day wear.
Delivered a couple of days late, but not a big deal. Really like the pants, very comfortable and warm.
First time buyer and impressed with customer service and the on line buying experience but you could save yourself a whole lot of customer service time if the package tracking actually worked. I had to contact customer service twice to check on my package delivery status and even then just cross my fingers. It turned out for the best, but not knowing package status makes me think twice about future purchases.

Shipping said it would take max of 4 days. Ended up taking over two weeks. Same happened with my more recent purchase. The product is phenomenal tho.

Fabulous comfy, warm trousers. Sized a little large but no worries with a belt.
You promised your product by a certain date and it was extremely late ( by 3 weeks) just tell people the correct and actual delivery date. Or improve your service. My product had to come through customs? I am leery of any future purchase. Product quality is good thus far. While I understand you are a small company I would just suggest the communication would have alleviated much of my concern. I may purchase again from your company keeping this in mind.
I appreciate that the company reached out with a personal touch to my review.
