Really like the product. Two things though. They are a little on the bigger size - I probably could've dropped down a size from my usual. The other thing is that it took 29 days to arrive. If it wasn't for the long wait, I'd probably exchange them for the next size down. They will do though!

Pants are of high quality and fit perfectly. I will not hesitate to use Northbound Gear to family and friends.

I received my order and am pleased with my purchase.

Item arrived 14 days after promised delivery date.

I where a size 2xl jacket and I read in the reviews on the tactical jacket that you should size up. So I ordered a 3xl. It came in about three weeks and was to small. So while the jacket looks good I need to return it.

I was looking for some warm pants to use for curling. These are absolutely amazing. Comfortable, stylish and warm.

My order sat for more than two weeks, only shippped after I complained. So either items were not in stock and that was not communicated or my order was forgotten.

Website was suggested to us by a friend & turned out to be exactly what my husband was looking for. He in turn suggested that I get a pair of waterproof pants too. Husband loves his but I will have to return mine for a smaller size. According to website, returns & exchanges seem easy.

You sent me a tracking number for Canada Post from Ontario but the Item was shipped from BC.
Pants are mediocre as outdoor pants.

Delivered on time. The pants are comfortable, svelte and well made.

I'm an outside worker, if you know what it means I can tell you this pants are warm and wind proof I really appreciate the people who work on this pants because it's an excellent and quality material they use. I love it. Thanks a lot guys, keep working like that making sure the costumers are happy with your products.

I've contacted your company to return a pair of pants from my order. I've gotten no information as to how I return the pants. (I've already ordered another size.)
