The title says it all. I buy their rugged trousers for my brother who walks dogs daily. He is a punisher on his clothing, but the Northbound trousers hold up to daily use: no rips, or zipper issues or wear. I'm amazed. Thanks!

The product is great (water proof jeans) but the delivery was very slow. I also ordered a backpack on January 25 which I have not received for the trip I am presently on, we left on February 13. Very disappointed bot receiving the item.

I chatted we customer service over a week ago but that didn't;t seem to make any difference.

They took so long to arrive that I won't be able to really put them to the test until next winter.

There was a slight delay in the shipping, I got a very fast response from the company when I contacted them and the pants ended up arriving not long after. Very good quality hiking pants, unique design. Will be looking to order other products from them.

Our engineers are onto their 2nd pair of Men's "Adventure" WaterResistant Pants. Fleece lined for warmth, water resistant and stretchy for comfort. Very tough wearing, last a long time.

Very warm, not a hot weather pant. However, they are very, very, comfortable.

I am quite offended by the addition of the tip function at check out. Just about did not order. With how much prices have gone up on everything I am triggered by machines that think up to a 25% tip is reasonable and automatically earned

The ordering process was great. I was frustrated with the lengthy delivery process until i realized that although designed in Canada was manufaktura overseas. Have to say that although the product is warm to wear outside in the snow. Both pair have had issues with item coming apart in the washer

Pants worked well for snowmobiling and skiing. Definitely a good pant for the Canadian prairie winters.

Slow response to my email asking about delivery schedule. Secondly, a slow response to requesting an exchange. Thirdly, slow/non response to exchange item I returned that I know has been delivered to Northbound. I'm to the point of canceling the exchange and asking for a refund.

Delivery was longer than expected which was disappointing. Tracking and contacting NG was difficult.

Easy to navigate. Wish shipping would go a little faster but it's well above satisfactory as well.

Prompt replies about questions! My credit union doesn't like it when I order with Northbound, and I have trouble. Maybe because it's Canada and I'm US?
