Honesty these pants were way better than I expected coming from China. The fit is great and so far they hold up to moderate climbing and yard work. Overall I'm very happy

I found the order process to be straightforward and received numerous status updates. I received my hoodie on the date promised. Unfortunately, I have only been able to wear it once due to the weather being mostly rainy but that's no fault of Northbound.

I have purchased several hiking pants and the quality is excellent. I especially like the size ranges, since I am a tall slender woman who has a difficult time finding long enough pants that aren't huge on me.

It seems like the items are ready for shipment in a timely manner, but they get stuck in some remote place for weeks waiting for USPS to get it. During this time customer service isn't even able to get an update. One of my orders was lost. After several friendly emails back and forth I finally got replacement order quickly - expedited shipping.

Well-designed pants, appreciate the bottom zippers (though would recommend a reinforcing tab that covers the zipper to reduce strain (by boots seem to be larger that the pant legs). Comfortable and will rate again with some miles on them.

If there is a return policy that could keep return postage fees to a minimum that would be great. It cost me $50 to return an item and because of that may not purchase in the future although I really do like the store.

The adventure pants are by far the best cold weather hiking pants out there. The stretchy material and fleece lining makes them perfect for any cold weather hiking. They are incredibly durable and super easy to wash. The zippered pockets are excellent for securing your keys, wallet, phone etc. I would highly recommend these pants if you're looking for a durable and comfortable pair of hiking pants.

I wear them for my search & rescue work - this was my second pair because they are so good, hard wearing and comfortable. They are incredibly warm for winter use but still comfortable in the summer I have recommended them to friends and colleagues.
