I am always reticent about buying online. Especially if it's something expensive! My son is a rock climber and is very outdoorsy. It arrived in good time and he was thrilled with his hoodie!

The knapsack is well made but lacks interior pockets. It is very basic. For the price it should have more zippered areas.

Coat is warm although slight bit of rain comes through zipper. Wish there was a womens version as shoulders fit big, but good for layering. Pants are for daughter who is shorter than i thought at 5'2" so will return for short version, but otherwise love the quality of both
Pants are good but I should have sized down. Would rather be big than too small though.

I ordered a summer UV protect hoodie from Northbound which is advertising as a Canadian company so I obviously expected the order to be shipped from Canada. When it got shipped and I received the tracking number i realized it was coming from China. Manufacturing in china is one thing but not holding your own inventory in country but deop shipping from China is a big no no for me. It took 3 weeks to get here ehich was a huge turn off. BUT even knowing what I know now I would order again because the hoodie itself is absolutely awesome, I live it so much im gonna order a second one and one for my wife. Its absolutely the best garment you can wear as a top for summer outdoors activities, nothing less…
I ordered and received another 2 pairs of adventure pants. These are my 3rd and 4th pair to be added into my rotation. I just spent the last week on Georgian Bay fishing with these pants. It was windy, cold, raining and very warm at times. These pants performed flawlessly. Sitting on a wet boat sit, kneeling on the wet dock tying up my boat, splashed with wake and spray and my legs stayed dry. My go-to for hunting, fishing, cross-country skiing, fat biking or just being warm doing yard work. Shipping time has really improved as well.

Had a question and it was answered quickly. Just ordered 2 more pairs of the Adventure Pants. They are awesome.
Ordering was easy, found the product color quite different than the item showed on the web page. Unfortunately will be returning the item. One question - why doesn't Northbound send a prepaid return slip when returning items, cost to return is costly for the costumer.
