I have 3 pairs of pants from Northbound. One water resistant summer, and two water resistant adventure. I really like these pants. I wear the adventure pants in the winter, and they are warm enough for daily dog walks, even in -20 weather. The summer pants are much lighter, and perfect for warmer days. All three pairs are well-made. Good quality fabric and finishing. I have been wearing the pants for over one year, and have had no issues. No ripped seams, no tears, zippers all working fine. I am impressed with the quality of these pants. I also purchased the "Commander" quick release belt, which fits all the pants well. The webbed nylon is very strong, and the metal buckle is solid, and not only works very well, but looks great. The belt will fit my 30 inch waist, and will expand to almost double that size. I recently ordered a pair of the waterproof jeans. Again, good quality material and finishing. I have yet to test them in the rain, but am confident that they will perform as well as the other pairs.
Customer service has been excellent. They were helpful in answering my questions, and even advised me on the proper fit for my size.
The Northbound customer service team was very helpful with, and understanding of, my issue. A special discount was sent to me, and I did buy a pair of the excellent Water restraint pants.

Ordered summer lightweight trousers and 100% waterproof jeans for a trip to Alaska. The lightweight trousers are fantastic and a good fit. However the same size 100% waterproof jeans were a little baggy around the thighs, so have returned for the next size down.

Not very communicative, delivery took a while and not very clear communication during that phase
The gear seems okay so far other than a few fit issues, but I didn't love how it came straight from China over a long period of shipping time.
Excellent service and support for an excellent product. Received feedback to a query pre purchase; no import tax to UK; product just as described with good fit which matchesd sizing description. Good "green" packaging. Recommended ( camo trousers).

I am repeat customer encajar product is great. I dropped a star only because I've been told 'forever' there will be more colours coming but after a couple years I'm realizing that's likely not happening.
All clothing and belts fit as they should. Happy with the spf shirt. Fits well, is comfortable and looks nice.
