Ordering was easy. Shipping was communicated and arrived as promised. Product is well made. Since this is the first time I've ordered from this company and I didn't know exactly what size would fit, I ordered my regular size and one size larger. I will need to return the larger size.
The pants itself is warm and comfortable. The design is great. I will definitely order again.
I was having trouble using my rewards and contacted customer service thru email. This was resolved so quickly and I was able to use my rewards without any further issue.

Excellent website and chat connection for help. Love the products. Pants both ladies regular and new high rise are great 5/5. Jacket very good except wrist cuff plastic velcro adjustment.l is a poor design. Cut them off.
The shopping part was straightforward and easy to navigate; the shipping part was much slower than expected which was getting frustrating by the time the product finally arrived. The product has been worth the wait however, and now I look forward to trying it when the weather gets much colder!

So I got the pants and they have exceeded my expectations! I thought some of the reviews were possibly exaggerated or created by someone other than a paying customer but after wearing my pants every day since receiving them I can confirm that they have been warm, comfortable and durable so far. Love them!

So I looked at the site a few times before ordering and decided on a green 2XL jacket while I doddled a bit during the purchase it defaulted to a small black jacket (I'm 6'2"). I reached out and corrected the order without issue but the 2XL was really tight so I exchanged for a 3XL which came to me in Black! Arrgh it's perfect size and looks great! Wrong colour but great!

Got the all weather pants and wore them in Arizona two days ago on a 3 hr mule ride. They were very comfortable, fit great (I'm a 12). I might be able to ski in them too!

I received my order promptly and there were confirmation emails updating about the order status which was great. I also appreciate the eco responsible packaging. The product looked exactly as ordered and I'm very pleased with the overall quality and performance. I've used my UV blocking shirt for fishing, boating and hunting. It's held up well in the wash so far and doesn't hold on to body odor.
