The winter and summer pants are an excellent product. Fit well, stand up to almost everything. I would rank them very highly and would recommend them. Especially to anyone who does outdoor work.
Good quality items, stand up to a lot of use but takes a very long time for them to be delivered.
After my purchase I got a offer: buy a second product for a cheaper price.
I accepted and I didn't pay attention the size wasn't identical to the size I initial ordered.
I sent an email to the support, I got a very quick answer, they fixed the problem.
It's a good experience, I'd like it's the same elsewhere.
You suggested a second pant with less cost but the size isn't the same.
Saw all the ads and researched comments etc. sceptical at first and after procrastinating for a couple of months decided to try. GLAD I DID. Comfortable, water resistant, breathable. Not too hot or too cold, wore for a 1 week excursion bushwhacking and they performed excellent. Stood up to everything, stretch fabric moved well with my body, stood up to thick brush and prickly bushes. So far love them. Hoping they will stand the test of time and last. We'll see … if they do it'll be the icing on the cake. If your on the fence like I was. Just try them!
Quick and easy. Great product. Only negative were the onslaught of emails offering me more products before my item was actually sent.
Product is excellent, went to take up 25% discount offer on similar trousers for wife, told that I was too late taking up the offer and 15% was what you would give.
You offered me 25% I didn't ask for it, then you reneged on a paltry excuse, no thanks.

I am very happy with the purchase of my trousers and they fit perfectly. I am unable to trial them at the moment as I have bought them for the Australian winter which is in the next 12 months. Look forward to seeing how they perform in a cross country situation.
Item was too small and I returned the item.
It cost me more than I wanted to pay to return or exchange the item. I still haven't received confirmation that my item was returned.
Other than multiple attempts for me to spend more money the minute i've placed my order, I am very happy with service, price and prompt delivery etc.
Saw the adds all over social media and i just had to have them. Well worth money. Standard shipping time.

PROCESS IS BAD - Tracking says "ORDER READY ON 7 October 2023 - Today is 7 November
I get bobarded with advertising to buy more, but I have not even had a single delivery despite spending CDN 132.00.
Nobody updates you unless you ask, even then nobody can tell me when and if it will be delivered
I bought the summer pants under the impression that they were water proof. Purpose was for my trip in Scotland. First rain storm I was in my legs were wet and contents of my pockets were wet so that was disappointing.
I have learned to never order anything from this game that you're gonna need in a short period of time
Shipping time was good as we are very remote. A friend tried my pants on and is ordering a pair.

The trousers I ordered were too small so needed to exchange for a bigger size. Didn't realise that you have to pay postage, even for an exchange. As the return address is Canada and I'm in the YK it was very expensive!
Your site advertised free "domestic" shipping. Apparently your company does not consider the state of Alaska to be domestic! Also, I was dissapointed to find out that your company seems to operate out of China, not U.S. or Canada as it appears.
Also, please note that I accidently replied to your previous question that I had received my order. Actually, I did not receive it because I cancelled the order.
3rd time purchasing and this was a big order. Found everything I was looking. For and even got a free cap with the order too.
The initial Delivery tracker wasn't great so I emailed the team at Northbound Gear and within an hour I had the courier details and tracking number to follow up with. Awesome job.
The parcel arrived and all was great, all products fit and now looking forward to a cold winter so I can get the most out of it.
