Had no problems ordering, even though i felt slightly cheated when i realised its a chineese company and not really a canadian one as their advertising led me to believe

Northbound Gear are one of the few companies who are quick to respond if you a have any questions. This is rare quality nowadays when dealing with online companies.

But I got the wrong size and have returned the trousers for replacement with different size.

My pants were delivered on time. Great customer service.

I was offered a timed discount of an additonal 25% if I added another pair of Adventure pants. I did add it immediately and the discount did not come through. The customer service chat person said they were sorry about that and gave me a code for 10% off. Also, the welcome discount code i received in my email was invalid! After I completed my order they offered me a 25% off coupon again. Shipping was slower than I had hoped but I did read it could take 2 weeks to 30 days after I made the order. Returns are not as smooth as I am used to with other company's. I filled out the request for return form twice. When I finally called to get return directions I was told they never got the request I had sent twice from their return merchandise page. I did then receive permission to return one of my items which has to be sent to Canada, not New Jersey where the package came from. Shipping costs were high. I am still waiting for one item on my original order. They were not clear about how the shipments would be divided for delivery in the beginning of this whole thing but that's a long story.

I ordered these pants for a trip abroad b3cause the delivery date was 3-5 days before my departure, I was gone when they were delivered. I think they showed up about 8 days after the projected delivery date.

Now I don't need them and will be returning them.

Bought the rain gear. Well built, warm definitely water and wind proof. Runs small. If you wear a large go to and extra large. If you are using int in layering system you may even want to go up 2 sizes to get the room

Dry quick delivery. I think Northbound gear make excellent products. Very comfortable and durable. This purchase was the UV shirt. Very light and comfortable but on hot days +30° C it was warm.

Like all of their products I will buy more.

I've ordered items from Switzerland and Sweden that have arrived in much less time than my order from Northbound. The tracking information is also inadequate.

Even if i choose a smaller size, it was still toooo big. Gifted a friend with my purchase

Help all the way through the process, it does however take a little time for delivery to the UK.

Both jacket and pants are meeting my needs and what I was looking for lite hunting gears. Even tried them under cold raining shower… although no peace of garments are completely waterproof, these proof that they can sustain either light shower for a longer time or extreme pouring shower until you can reach a dryer spot. Yes, I recommend!

I don't like being cold anymore and these will do the trick.

The shopping experience was ok. The pants are warm, but don't breathe at all. I get wet quickly from sweat, my phone in my pocket is wet. I'm not a fan of vertical pocket openings, which I didn't realize in viewing the photos.

Ordering the clothing was straightforward, and I am satisfied with the quality of the clothing. However, the 3-week delivery was very slow and meant that I couldn't use the clothing for the purpose I intended.
