I ordered a specific name brand belt and was sent some cheap foreign made knockoff. Reached out for help was the issue was blamed on the Amazon and the listing. Clearly some shady practices going on here!
Received bubble envelope with crushed circuit board. Paid for next day because I needed the part. I didn't need a damaged circuit board and then to be told with the visible crushed packaging and relay that it would cost 20% to restock and I pay to return it. Well, check your circuit boards because you might just get this damaged one after restock. Sharon obviously is not interested in responsible customer service. I sent 6 photos followed by 3 more of obvious damage and she refuses to see! I guess, what's just another unhappy customer to this disrespectful and unethical company.
I purchased some expensive parts a couple hundred dollars worth and FedEx delivered them to the wrong address. I had confirmation from FedEx that they were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted NorthAmericaHVAC several times to help me and all they can say the package was delivered it's out of our hands. I contacted fedex and filed a claim and they said NorthAmericaHVAC was to initiate a lost package procedure. NorthAmericaHVAC has taken my hard earned money and has no customer service. All I can say is carma is a batch. If you know what is good for you will take your business elsewhere. This is truly the worst case of customer service I have ever dealt with in my 52 years. This is what they put on Facebook to lie about how they take care of their customers. B.S
Found these guys on Amazon and ordered a (cheap) "open-box" humidistat to replace my "faulty" unit. Open-box part arrived quickly but was dead-on-arrival. NA HVAC paid return shipping and sent a "sealed-box" replacement at no charge, how great is that! Turns out that new part, although was working perfectly, did not fix problem. Problem turned out to be a VAC tech who (for some reason) cross-wired the furnace power wires before winter season which cause humidistat output relay to not activate. Reversing the 2 leads (wiring the green wire to the terminal marked "R" at the humidistat) fixed the problem and I put my original unit back in service. Upon attempt to return this second unit, Amazon informs me that I need to pay return postage. I actually WANT the seller to charge me a restocking fee because it should not be a burden to NA HVAC for my mistake.
In summary, this seller, contrary to other reviews, did well for me and I would again buy from them
They are a poorly ran business with no business communication except the Internet and sent us a part that was broken from the first and then the second part was defective and not for our furnace was installed by a license person and was not compatible with her furnace and will not work it and ask for a refund they don't know what they're doing and a letter from our installers stating that this was the wrong unit they are a poorly ran business and need to be exposed in the matter that they deal with people with no customer relationship whatsoever and very rude to their customers it's a sad business and we did not get a full refund when they kept our hard on money poor customer relations and need to be exposed
As a Licensed HVAC Tech I purchased on October 20th, 2022 a replacement "Packard" ******* combustion air booster to replace an existing but vibrating unit on a manufactured home furnace. The vibration was caused by a broken fan blade on the bottom fan. Installed the "NEW" ******* unit which was shipped and received in 2 days. 25 days later the vibration returned with the upper fan blade assembly missing a blade. I contacted the company using their text only communication, and after providing the requested order number including a picture of the order label, I was then completely ignored though I attempted to communicate with at least 4 more unanswered texts. I then recieved a text that the ******* blower was outside the 2 week return window and they WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HELP. Do yourself a favor and NO MATTER WHAT, BUY YOUR PARTS FROM ANYBODY ELSE, but stay away from NorthAmericaHVAC, They are not truthful, sell junk, and do not warranty what they sell. I'm sure Amazon will correct this.
I ordered a blower motor and capacitor from this company and they send back email saying both items have shipped. Total order was $332.10 the capacitor was 16.95. Full amount was debited from my credit card and a couple days later I recieve a $265.99 credit back. I look at my emails and I got an email 2 days after the order was place telling me that the motor is indefinitly out of stock. So now Im getting a capacitor that I don't need without a motor that was originally $16.95 and its costing me $66.11. Had they told me the motor was not in stock I would never have ordered the capacitor. Now this should be easy I called them except they won't recieve in person phone calls and they refer you to live chat and told them they need to send me a prepaid shipping label and return authorization and refund my entire amount of $66.11 to make this right since had they told me they didn't have the motor I would have never ordered the capacitor. See attached shipping confirmation it shows both items were shipped. Now they are refusing to refund my money until I send back the part and pay for shipping then they will refund the 16.95 less 20% for restocking. So now if I do that shipping will be around $25 dollars and I will be out a total of $91.11 and they will refund me $13.56. So this whole mess will cost me around $77.55 for nothing. They are rude and they know exactly what they are doing. See below scan of original email showing both items shipped.
Not only did I receive the incorrect part, but I had to email twice to get a return RMA at which point they told me I not only have to purchase my own label to return the wrong item, but they're charging a 20% restocking fee...
FOR WHAT? The item is brand new in the original box they sent it in.
Absolutely ridiculous find your part ANYWHERE else, you'll be happier for it.
Ordered a 1/5 hp motor and they sent a 1/8 hp. They claim "valid replacement" even though they advertised a 1/5 and I ordered a 1/5. These are not even close. Wont pay for return shipping. Filed a dispute with visa as this is is scam. Did not see all the bad reviews before buying and paying $80 2 day shipping.
I order a blower housing motor off of their website. Normally I do not order parts from a company that do not have customer service phone number. I saw the number so i figured ok, they are respectable. Thay are NOT!. I received the parts quickly and installed them, everything went fine. Less than a week later i wake up to a horrible vibration. I open up my blower housing to find out that one of the three mounting tab the motor has to mount it to the blower cage has broken off. I am thinking (what most logical people do) no worries, it was manufactured incorrectly and I will get a new one shipped out and move on. NOOOO. THey proceed to tell me that there is a 50% restocing fee. Thats Right 50% restocking for a part that they are going to send back and get warranteed out from manufacturer. These guys are a S**tbag company that wants nothing but to get your credit card information and move on to the next person to screw. Buyer Beware!
Ordered a staging heat sequencer online. They sent a model that did not match what I ordered and did not perform staging. They refused to acknowledge there was a difference and would not pay for the return shipping. Their customer service is technically ignorant.
Wouldn't accept a return on a 35 day old transaction. The item wasn't as advertised and didn't fit my application yet they said it would AND the item was still in the box!
Purchased a "Mars" Capacitor but received "Jard" Capacitor. They keep saying it is the same item which I understand Mars did purchase Jard and their parts are interchangeable. But the quality of Mars is a lot better and the price of Jard is 30-50% cheaper that Mars. I paid more because of the quality. If they keep saying is the same then why they put Mars online and not Jard, since they ship out Jard? They just charge Mars price and ship out Jard, totally scam.
They are suppose to be this large in tune with the world organization...
First their amazon account failed to send me the part they were advertising only to get a special order... that cost $100 shipping on an $300 part. USPS took a month under their express shipping and it was damage as this company doesnt know how to pack a part correctly... now they want it back to refund even though the pics i sent clearly show the damage to an inducer motor that now is open to the fan within it... how are gases suppose to go out the exit... wow... they wont refund me! So i either ship it back and have nothing to show for $200 bucks.
Shortly after my order, I received an automated email that my part was not available for immediate shipping and stated that the they would cancel my order and refund in two days if they did not hear from me. I immediately located another supplier. Four days after my subsequent order North American HVAC/General Appliance Parts shipped the part anyway and then refused to pay for the return shipping. Lesson learned--don't always go with the lowest cost.
Order a pressure switch with 1 day shipping they said by p. O. box needed a street name for shipping so I responded in 9 minutes to the email I got then ever heard anything for 3 days until I sent an order status request. They claimed they never received the email which I sent 3 to the email I got then they finally sent the part and I installed it and found out the part was already bad.
Needed a hard to find replacement blower motor for my furnace. North American HVAC had the correct part in stock from a quality manufacturer. It was not cheap but was the lowest price I could find online.
I called and left a voice mail the night before. They texted me to verify details literally 1 minute after opening the next morning. The order was ready within 30 minutes. Installed the motor (DIY, not a pro) and it works perfectly.
Charge a restocking fee when they shipped out the wrong part for my humidifier, even after they said the would not, then had the audacity to claim it was the right part after all. Liars. Do not trust this company. Look at the attached photos, not the same at all, and they know it.
Not OEM and a 20 percent restocking fee on a unopened box that cost more than 700 dollars and got back 530 I guess they keep the sales tax too. Beware this so called company is worthless.
HORRIBLE scammed me two times for 200$. Sent me 2 wrong parts! Employees should be McDonald's workers
Answer: I'd recommend almost anywhere that sells the part you need over these people. What kind of part are you looking for?
Answer: They do not have number so they won't have to talk to irate customers
